“Dec 2nd, we did a celebration of life for 60 people. Outstanding service, buffet, and the deserts were over the top. Everyone enjoyed the event, and I received comments for 2 weeks on what a great GEM Golden Eagle Restaurant is.”
“My fiancé and I come here on a biweekly basis. It's our favorite spot. I have literally never had one bad meal here. I wish they had more wheat and light beers on tap but otherwise zero complaints. Great environment great staff and the food for being a bar is phenomenal. I've had almost everything on the menu ar this point my favorite is the Buffalo chicken sandwich it's the best I've ever had. The food is better at the Rochester location I think. Yummy!”
“Just as good as I remember! The new restaurant has a great mix of the old decor and new. Everything was very clean. Staff is getting the hang of things, but to be honest they did a wonderful job for just opening. Aimee was wonderful. The sushi/fish is very fresh. I would highly recommend Little Tree!”
“It's hitting the easy button when we want delicious food and don't feel like cooking. Pizza is very good, usually get a Martha's Vineyard salad and bread. Easily satisfies my family of 4.”
“This is hands down the best steak restaurant around and is a hidden gem. We've been here twice now and have been more than impressed. The expansive menu items, cocktails, and wine selection are great. We had Rose today. She said she was busy, but you couldn't tell one bit. What a sweetheart and so efficient. We highly recommend Lucky's!!”
“They always make sure to answer any questions I might have. The food is very good and the smoothies are excellent. I only feel like the price might be a tad high, which is why I give 4 stars; but I haven't really been to many similar stores to compare, so it might be fair pricing.”
“I am absolutely outraged with the behavior of the owner today at SOHO. My family and I went to this restaurant after Saturday little league games. We had 5 adults, 5 children and 2 babies. We have been to this restaurant countless times as a family. Today, after sitting and looking an menus, ordering drinks, we were met by the manager that came to our table and said “I’m sorry our limit is 8 people”. Confused, we asked for clarity because again, we have been to this restaurant countless times with the SAME group and number of people. In fact, we have NEVER been to this restaurant with less people. I asked, “wait are you saying we can’t eat here today because of the number of people?“ THAT is how confused I seriously was. The manager then responded, “Yes, I’m so sorry”. I pointed out to him that we had been sitting, getting ready to order for quite some time. Moments before this, the waiter came to take our orders but had to leave to grab us extra napkins. He said that his waiter called him all the way from his home because he couldn’t “do it” - referring to asking us to leave. There were quite a few other staff members there. So if this was a rule, why didn’t any of them point it out to the “new person” or let us know right away Of their “party limit”.? Please know we went on a Saturday around 330pm and there was two other parties in the entire restaurant - totaling only 5 other people. To me, if I had a party that was a few people over my “limit” I would not kick them out one, but definitely not when my restaurant is close to empty and the party has already been sat. Because of my “new team members” error- as a manager, I would have continued to serve this party. I need to point out that NONE of us in our entire lives have ever been asked to leave ANYWHERE. We are a Christian family of Pastors and ministers. I say this to speak to our character. There was no behavior on our end, that warranted this. I also pointed out that the table we were sitting at was DESIGNED for more than 10 people. We didn’t come into the restaurant moving tables and chairs together, the table was already set up for 12 people to sit there. I asked the manager why we were sat and waited on For all this time to then be kicked out? He claimed that the person who was our waiter was new and didn’t know their 8 people limit rule. I pointed out the fact that the table we were sitting at was set up for 12 And asked why that is if they had a limit of 8? He then said with our number of kids - it is not safe for them in the restaurant because their establishment serves alcohol. So first it was because our party was more than 8 and then it turned into being an issue with the number of kids? There is absolutely no reason for this behavior. To me, the only thing that makes any sense is it being racially discriminatory. I strongly urge you to no longer go to this restaurant. Of course, we left with no issue because if we are not welcome or wanted because of race or any other invalid reason- we don’t want to eat at the restaurant anyways. But point of my review is to prevent this from happening to anyone else. we used to love this place and our entire family would come. never again, even with 2 people will I step foot in this establishment and I will strongly encourage everyone I know and everyone that’s reading this to do the same.”
“La Collina always has great food and service. Our last visit was no different. They made a birthday dinner even more special. It is a small, intimate place, so it can get a little noisy, but it is part of the ambiance. Don't pass up trying this gem.”
“Bravo for lunch is the best. They have decent portions and the price is reasonable. The wait staff is very friendly and efficient. Just a nice place to eat overall at The Village of Rochester Hills”
“My kids were so excited to create their own ice cream and have their own toppings. They had so much fun at this ice cream shop and we just really love coming here.”
“Thank you for donating free food to Ascension Providence Rochester Hospital during the COVID 19 crisis. We appreciate your support! The chicken cilantro wrap was incredible! The ingredients were all very fresh and it was so tasty! I just stopped in today with my boyfriend and we tried the Mango Tango & Alive smoothies. We love them!”
“Words cannot express how calming it is to go to Take Sushi. We have been customers for 21 years. The owner carried our daughter around when she was a baby so we could eat. Today as I prepare to send the baby off to college soon they were there for a special lunch. Let us in early and we had the most exquisite selection of chō moriawase. This is the best sushi around. Our friends who were from Japan said it was their favorite in metro Detroit. It’s our favorite because we love the family atmosphere that resounds in this crazy world!”
“I’m very picky about my Italian food. There’s only a few places I would go to and this is one of them. First time this past weekend and you can tell it’s made right. Can’t wait to go back. I liked that it was loud, but you could still have a conversation. When we were leaving there was a party with music on etc… I swear we didn’t even hear them lol. We walked out laughing like is that room sound proof?!?! perfect for large parties. Great experience.”
“Great food and always super nice staff. They have always been quality and my go to when I am in the area. Would recommend them to anyone. Thanks for everything and can’t wait to come back to eat.”
“The sandwiches are very good. This time we ordered two and one was about double the size of the other (just how they're shipped) but Evan took care of us. Good guy. Will be back.”
“There are many reviews about this location. I've been a member since 2018, yes there are pro's and con's like any other gym, but you need to feel it out to decide when it works for you; Don't come on a Monday night after 5pm. If you want to use the squat racks come anytime Sunday after 11. Saturday anytime after 12pm. Most evening nights are ok but it will be busier. If you go before 4pm you can get on anything. They redid the unisex hot sauna, which is nice and slightly bigger, had hoped for infrared but oh well it's still pretty good. The pool area in the summer is great, especially if you have kids. Many slides and types of pools to accommodate little and slightly older. The locker rooms are always kept up well (except during the summer, the family room is NOT kept up well at all...) The showers could be kept cleaner during peak times as well as the hot tubs (just this past year). The swim membership for a junior competing is kind of pricey, had to reduce that out of my package due to the price and unavailability to make it 2x due to my schedule. Overall, the equipment is usually maintained pretty well. I was disappointed when they removed quite a few of the bikes out of there, ultimately I just stopped biking as the recumbent bikes are absolute garbage. I do feel that this gym does need to update a lot of the equipment and utilize the space a bit more efficiently. Other than that, I consistently get a great work out with many modalities to choose from, in a nice setting with a couple days of the month that it's too busy for me but not enough to look elsewhere. I've had memberships at the other local big box gyms and they simply suck. Lifetime is the best within the area unless you want to have multiple small boutique gym memberships, if you don't want that, LT is the place.”
“We had a delightful and delicious dinner. Anna L was the best waitress! She was attentive and anticipated our needs. And she encouraged us to sign up for LSC! We are looking forward to a return visitDietary restrictions: Plenty of gluten free options”
“My husband and I stopped in before my grandson's hockey game. Early dinner around 4pm on Saturday March 16th. We were seated quickly. Wasn't too busy at this time. Waitress, Yemina G., was very friendly and efficient. Food was delivered quickly and hot. My husband had the Buritto Enorme. And I had the Quesadilla steak. Very good value for the money and very tasty. I also had Sangria and my husband had the Churros for his dessert. He loved it! I highly recommend this Mexican restaurant in Rochester Hills and if we are back that way, we will stop again.”
“An absolutely incredible experience from start to finish. Great communication when ordering our carry out over the phone. Sam, the owner, greeted me with kindness as soon as I walked in. Clean and welcoming atmosphere. The food was not only presented in a beautiful way, but was also beyond delicious. It was pouring rain, and Sam himself carried our order and helped me get it into the car. The warmth and level of customer service and quality and care in their food truly shines! Thank you, Sam and Mezza family!!!”
“Our waitress was friendly and professional. Our food was prepared in a timely manner. The food was served hot and taasted delicious. Also we really enjoy the live band, Diversity. They played music for all age groups, from Motown to current artists. I would go back again.”
“Best meal I’ve had at Red Lobster in 10 years. Scallops & shrimp were delicious & not over cooked. Congratulations to the new cook They just hired a while ago”
“The food is good. This isn’t some greasy spoon where they boiled something in a bag and plated it. Or if they are they do a good job of hiding it. Staff was kind, relaxed, and professional. Dinner for 3 without dessert was like $88.”
