We tried the boneless wings, nachos, quesadillas, Reuben sandwich, Southwest pasta, Cajun steak strips, pretzel bites, and Beijing beef — and every single dish was delicious.

The service was just as impressive — friendly, attentive, and fast. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it a great spot for a casual night out or a relaxed dinner with friends.

The Cookie Monster and carrot was was beyond delicious.

“Food was good and service was acceptable (nothing special) but you had a group of 5 guys leave your restaurant last night somewhat bewildered after your waitress Katarina made it quite clear she was not happy with the 20% tip we gave her. Apparently, our stay of about 3 hours eating and drinking was excessive. We may not be back.“

“NKU Track team in town for Horizon League Outdoor Track Championships; doing a team bonding evening before the following days competition.
Bob and staff took excellent care of us!
Our group hit the buffet and we did have a period when the kitchen was struggling to keep up with the demand early on however no one went hungry for the evening. Hated to see full pizzas go to waste.
Team had alot of fun with darts, golf & axe throwing.

“Was my first time in Churchill’s yesterday, 03/28. Had no idea what to expect, never understood the purpose of the cigar. With that being said, I cannot wait to go back. Our waiter was great, the old fashioned was amazing and that cigar…now I get it!! So relaxing, great atmosphere and with a great tour guide who was also celebrating his birthday. That’s where he wanted to go, I’m sure glad he did!!! Highly recommend!“

“I went to Jimmy's during on March 20th to watch NCAA games. Lisa was my bartender. She was great. She put on the games for me. I asked her to make me a Spanish coffee and looked it up so she can make it for me. She did a good job with that. I had soup and a tuna melt both were very good and satisfying. “Randomly stopped in on a Saturday while on town. Food was delicious. The chicken dip was different but good. Service was slow but the waitress did receive a huge party about 30 minutes after we arrived. I enjoyed the sliders. It was only loud inside because of the party but other than that it was enjoyable. My husband enjoyed the French onion soup.“

“Cjs Pub is a fun local sports bar. The menu is reasonably priced with many sliders, loaded hotdogs, and other items. Bartenders Toni and Jesse are friendly and enthusiastic and help the atmosphere. There is an arcade and the pub has entertainment on different nights, trivia Monday and Wednesday, dj Friday and now Karaoke on Saturday.“

“My server, named Ali, I believe, was spectacular. Service makes a brakes a restaurant, and you apparently have it knocked. Thanks my only comment about the food was I had fajitas and there was absolutely no spice in the salsa. Even a little would’ve been nice.“

“The Hideout shocked me, i drove by for many years and figured it was a hole/little bar. When I walked in the interior was very nice. So the business end of the review, i had a cheeseburger with grilled onions and it was so darn good I was shocked. I came back the following night it was so good hoping they could replicate it, im not here for the drinks but the cheeseburger! Once again the chef comes through with a home run. Ill be back tomorrow or the next day, its that good and its of tremendous value, im not sure how they do it. The place is a gem!“

“Last night my family and myself went to Grand Tavern for supper after a long day. Our waiter Xhorxh was absolutely amazing! Personally, I have dietary restrictions and explained to him that I am unable to have gluten, dairy, or egg. I had already pre-creeped the menu before arriving so I could find a meal that would be easy to hopefully adapt to my dietary restrictions. After explaining my restrictions Xhorxh was ON IT! He immediately spoke to the chef and the chef adapted my meal to my restrictions. Xhorxh did tell me that there could be a possible cross contamination with gluten on one of my sides and explained that they couldn’t guarantee that that one thing would be gluten free. Listen, not very often in the service industry do you come across a wait staff member or chef that made sure to cross all of the boxes. I ordered brussel sprouts as the appetizer without the cheese (I could have had three plates of that it was so good) and the cedar plank salmon and ordered two veggies as my side. IT was DELISH!!!!! Xhorxh also made sure that our drinks were constantly filled and took amazing care of our family. My MIL even made a comment after we received our meals how she really liked him as a waiter. I wished we had a Grand Tavern where we lived but unfortunately we are 8 hours away but we will absolutely be back when visiting family! ❤️“

“We held a small bridal shower today at the Troy location. We, as organizers live several hours from Troy so had to make arrangements over the phone and sigh unseen. We were very pleased with the cleanliness and welcoming appearance. Rick was wonderful in assisting in every way possible, table set up, reducing the music in the back room, refreshing beverages and more. The food was excellent. And the prices very reasonable. We will definitely hold future events here as they occur.“

“Unexpected excellence! Came in at 4pm on Friday, our efficient and friendly waiter Andy was taking care of at least 10 other tables-but made each customer feel well taken care of. Waitress was a little lost with constantly asking our table of 6 what they ordered and whose drink went with whose order. Other than that the atmosphere was pretty cool. We played some cornhole, which was decently priced by the hour ($10). Plus they had classic arcade games, free to play like Ms Pac Man, Galaga, Frogger, and Donkey Kong along with 90’s classics like Mortal Kombat, NFL Blitz and House of the Dead. Plus over a dozen pinballs. Arcade area was a sight to see since most places now use carnival or ticket games. They also had a poker room which was full. Did not see any pool tables, darts or disc golf so not sure if those get removed during poker night. I’d consider coming back but not during their busier times. It was more than half capacity but id imagine an even further delay on food or your wait staff being really lost handling more than 20 orders at multiple tables. Either way I’d recommend it as long as you aren’t really hungry going in or don’t like huge crowds.“

“This place is surprisingly good! I was impressed with my server Alicia, she did an outstanding service for me and my family. I was spectical at first ( being our first time). When my 5 year old spilled his water she was so fast to clean it up. i apologize so many times and she was just so sweet the whole time. ( tip her extra). The food came out hot, and my husband really loved his tacos. This is definitely a Family friendly restaurant. Definitely coming back for my Daughter’s birthday. Outstanding restaurant overall.“

The next time I put together a big party, I'm thinking I'll be taking it to the Metro!! I only wish that they would make their cream of asparagus soup more often.
