“NKU Track team in town for Horizon League Outdoor Track Championships; doing a team bonding evening before the following days competition.
Bob and staff took excellent care of us!
Our group hit the buffet and we did have a period when the kitchen was struggling to keep up with the demand early on however no one went hungry for the evening. Hated to see full pizzas go to waste.
Team had alot of fun with darts, golf & axe throwing.
Fun concept, thanks for your hospitality.

“Randomly stopped in on a Saturday while on town. Food was delicious. The chicken dip was different but good. Service was slow but the waitress did receive a huge party about 30 minutes after we arrived. I enjoyed the sliders. It was only loud inside because of the party but other than that it was enjoyable. My husband enjoyed the French onion soup.“

“Was my first time in Churchill’s yesterday, 03/28. Had no idea what to expect, never understood the purpose of the cigar. With that being said, I cannot wait to go back. Our waiter was great, the old fashioned was amazing and that cigar…now I get it!! So relaxing, great atmosphere and with a great tour guide who was also celebrating his birthday. That’s where he wanted to go, I’m sure glad he did!!! Highly recommend!“

“Stopped in after golf as first time patrons and was pleasantly surprised. The service and food was excellent. We had the grouper fish tacos and the pork belly and both of us were very pleased. Drinks were also a bargain as we hit the happy hour!“

“Matt has done a good job at cleaning the place up, especially the restrooms. Open Mic night is a great way to see live performances and many different styles. I also like Friday Karaoke- the bar was 80% full and people were having a great time with their friends. If I was to have any complaint it would be parking, needs better lighting , repaving and expanding if at all possible. If that happened they would have to have add another floor“

“Last night my family and myself went to Grand Tavern for supper after a long day. Our waiter Xhorxh was absolutely amazing! Personally, I have dietary restrictions and explained to him that I am unable to have gluten, dairy, or egg. I had already pre-creeped the menu before arriving so I could find a meal that would be easy to hopefully adapt to my dietary restrictions. After explaining my restrictions Xhorxh was ON IT! He immediately spoke to the chef and the chef adapted my meal to my restrictions. Xhorxh did tell me that there could be a possible cross contamination with gluten on one of my sides and explained that they couldn’t guarantee that that one thing would be gluten free. Listen, not very often in the service industry do you come across a wait staff member or chef that made sure to cross all of the boxes. I ordered brussel sprouts as the appetizer without the cheese (I could have had three plates of that it was so good) and the cedar plank salmon and ordered two veggies as my side. IT was DELISH!!!!! Xhorxh also made sure that our drinks were constantly filled and took amazing care of our family. My MIL even made a comment after we received our meals how she really liked him as a waiter. I wished we had a Grand Tavern where we lived but unfortunately we are 8 hours away but we will absolutely be back when visiting family! ❤️“

“We held a small bridal shower today at the Troy location. We, as organizers live several hours from Troy so had to make arrangements over the phone and sigh unseen. We were very pleased with the cleanliness and welcoming appearance. Rick was wonderful in assisting in every way possible, table set up, reducing the music in the back room, refreshing beverages and more. The food was excellent. And the prices very reasonable. We will definitely hold future events here as they occur.“

“Unexpected excellence! Came in at 4pm on Friday, our efficient and friendly waiter Andy was taking care of at least 10 other tables-but made each customer feel well taken care of. The clam chowder soup was excellent, like from a fine seafood restaurant! The Cobb salad was presented beautifully, and I took about half of it home! “CK Diggs is an absolute gem near downtown Rochester! The food was amazing — everything we ordered was full of flavor and perfectly cooked. We tried the boneless wings, nachos, quesadillas, Reuben sandwich, Southwest pasta, Cajun steak strips, pretzel bites, and Beijing beef — and every single dish was delicious.

The service was just as impressive — friendly, attentive, and fast. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it a great spot for a casual night out or a relaxed dinner with friends.

The Cookie Monster and carrot was was beyond delicious.

But today there was a server(not even ours) who went out of her way to make my young sons(2&4) feel special. With a random act of kindness. When I told my son that I didn’t have any cash for the duck claw machine, she overheard and had pulled a pair of singles out of her book for my sons to “win” a duck. I didn’t accept it, because we have too many toys as is, and my wife generally keeps a little cash(which my son begged from her). I didn’t her name, but I hope her manager sees this.
