“Last night my family and myself went to Grand Tavern for supper after a long day. Our waiter Xhorxh was absolutely amazing! Personally, I have dietary restrictions and explained to him that I am unable to have gluten, dairy, or egg. I had already pre-creeped the menu before arriving so I could find a meal that would be easy to hopefully adapt to my dietary restrictions. After explaining my restrictions Xhorxh was ON IT! He immediately spoke to the chef and the chef adapted my meal to my restrictions. Xhorxh did tell me that there could be a possible cross contamination with gluten on one of my sides and explained that they couldn’t guarantee that that one thing would be gluten free. Listen, not very often in the service industry do you come across a wait staff member or chef that made sure to cross all of the boxes. I ordered brussel sprouts as the appetizer without the cheese (I could have had three plates of that it was so good) and the cedar plank salmon and ordered two veggies as my side. IT was DELISH!!!!! Xhorxh also made sure that our drinks were constantly filled and took amazing care of our family. My MIL even made a comment after we received our meals how she really liked him as a waiter. I wished we had a Grand Tavern where we lived but unfortunately we are 8 hours away but we will absolutely be back when visiting family! ❤️“

“Cy Mahoney’s is one of my favorite go-to bars in Rochester Hills. Great food, solid drinks, and a laid-back, friendly vibe. Felicia, the manager, is awesome, and Andy the bartender is great — they really make the place welcoming and keep you coming back.“

“We tried axe throwing on vacation several years ago. We saw The Hub while on I-75 and decided to stop by and do it again. Surprisingly, we were able to get a time slot pretty quickly. The coach, Josh, was absolutely fantastic and helpful. We had a blast. The food was great. We’ll definitely be back. Prices were reasonable and the building is spacious. Even being somewhat busy on a Saturday, it didn’t feel crowded.“

“We just held a baby shower in the enclosed outdoor Patio at the Troy location, January 18th. Was worried it would be cold since it was in the low 20s outside and windy, but it was wonderful. Staff was wonderful to work with from all the pre-planning with Jenna through the entire staff at the Troy Location. Servers were very attentive to all the guests. Manager worked with us on how and when we wanted the appetizers served, followed by lunch and then dessert. It was a great location for the shower. It was like having it in our own backyard but with service and none of the cleanup! The fireplace with the chairs by it was a great place to display prizes for the guests and a great place for the new mom and dad to open the gifts with everyone being able to see. It was easy to walk around and talk to everyone. We will definitely recommend to our friends for future events.“

“CJ Pub is one of our favorite local bars! My husband and I have visited multiple times, and I even hosted my birthday party there a few years ago. The drinks and food are always great.

A special shoutout to Leah—she’s a fantastic server! She’s attentive, quick, and has such a fun personality. We also love the games in the other room, which make it even more fun. If you’re looking for good food, drinks, and a great time, I highly recommend CJ Pub!“

“Hidden Gem. Literally. The sign out front on what looks like an undeveloped lot. Easy to not notice. Turn at the sign and drive back a bit. Great for sports, large beer selection, patio, pool table. Service at the bar was great. Repeat business from me for sure. ,“

“Fantastic sports bar. Food is excellent! Great variety of menu items. Burgers and appetizers were top notch. I hear the pizza is great as well. Place is loaded with TV's with any and all possible games available. Atmosphere was on the louder side, to be expected, but not ao loud that you can't carry on a conversation. “I have been coming here a little over a decade now and I’ll say after trying their fish and chips for the first time I have to give a huge shout out their food here it’s amazing clean fresh and prices are very good compared to other places I try to have dinner at me and my girlfriend are here every Tuesday Monday and Friday for their specials 10$ best ribs and fries ever burger Monday’s best burger and fries 10$ finally made my way for the Friday fish special and honestly best and favorite place for food specials thanks z for taking care of that order for me when my phone died I couldn’t pay for my carryout via tap and z said don’t worry about it til next time that meant a lot to not make it a big deal and so I will say I’m very picky and when it comes to food here it checks off everything. “This place is surprisingly good! I was impressed with my server Alicia, she did an outstanding service for me and my family. I was spectical at first ( being our first time). “Took our first trip to this place just last night. Has a little bit of everything for those not looking to stay seated during dinner. Food took forever though and was decent. Waitress was a little lost with constantly asking our table of 6 what they ordered and whose drink went with whose order. Other than that the atmosphere was pretty cool. We played some cornhole, which was decently priced by the hour ($10). Plus they had classic arcade games, free to play like Ms Pac Man, Galaga, Frogger, and Donkey Kong along with 90’s classics like Mortal Kombat, NFL Blitz and House of the Dead. Plus over a dozen pinballs. Arcade area was a sight to see since most places now use carnival or ticket games. They also had a poker room which was full. Did not see any pool tables, darts or disc golf so not sure if those get removed during poker night. I’d consider coming back but not during their busier times. It was more than half capacity but id imagine an even further delay on food or your wait staff being really lost handling more than 20 orders at multiple tables. Either way I’d recommend it as long as you aren’t really hungry going in or don’t like huge crowds.“

“CK Diggs is an absolute gem near downtown Rochester! The food was amazing — everything we ordered was full of flavor and perfectly cooked. We tried the boneless wings, nachos, quesadillas, Reuben sandwich, Southwest pasta, Cajun steak strips, pretzel bites, and Beijing beef — and every single dish was delicious.

The service was just as impressive — friendly, attentive, and fast. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it a great spot for a casual night out or a relaxed dinner with friends.

The Cookie Monster and carrot was was beyond delicious.

Had a great experience at Applebee’s! The food was fresh and flavorful—I ordered the Bourbon Street Chicken & Shrimp, and it was perfectly seasoned. The service was friendly and attentive, though the wait time was a bit longer than expected. The atmosphere was cozy, making it a great spot for a casual dinner. Overall, a solid choice for good food and a relaxed dining experience.

“We’ve always had good food and service any time we’ve been here. It’s exactly what you’d expect. But today there was a server(not even ours) who went out of her way to make my young sons(2&4) feel special. With a random act of kindness. When I told my son that I didn’t have any cash for the duck claw machine, she overheard and had pulled a pair of singles out of her book for my sons to “win” a duck. I didn’t accept it, because we have too many toys as is, and my wife generally keeps a little cash(which my son begged from her). I didn’t her name, but I hope her manager sees this. She is a lovely young woman 5ft(ish) with medium brown hair in 2 long braids.“

“Service is good, however kind of disappointed with the food. The Food didnt seem like it was freshly cooked, more like over a heat lamp for 2-3 hours if not more. Ordered online and was there well before my order was even ready. Rather take business elsewhere.

No joke, we have a BDubbs closer to our home and the service is horrible. If you pay for an experience that’s what you should get, no questions asked and Klara is an exception that needs promotion!
