“If you’re looking for burgers and sandwiches, this is your place. Prices are super reasonable as well, especially for being in downtown Rochester. It is a bar, so it’s not gourmet, but it’s probably the best bar food you’ll have. The only issue is parking since their lot has probably 6 or 7 spaces. You’ll probably end up parking across the street at the library or behind the building next door near the community park.“

“Came in today with my family and received amazing service from Rosie. We don’t get many opportunities to get out as a family as my wife is a full time nurse and I am an equipment manager in the logging industry. The food was delicious and the music was perfect. Rosie made us feel like we were family, and was very attentive to our needs throughout the night. Will definitely bring the family here again!“

“The food was good, but let me explain the 3 stars I gave it. A 5-star restaurant is reserved for high end dining, as is 4 stars. If I were to rate the food based on their peers (bar food) it would be 5 stars. The menu had a lot to chose from. My brother raved about his patty melt. The chicken Quesadilla was fantastic. I am putting C. J. Mohoney's in my regular dining rotation.“

“A special day. A special night. Couldn't be better. Arranged by our son and daughter. The waiter did everything, except eat our food. The wines were a delight and the steak and salmon were prepared with artistry. He guided us with each entre and the salad was shared by us with dressing aside. Wine, was by the glass and was both red and white and light, semidry and elegant. Our perfect dinner ended the perfect evening. Thank you 220 Merrill for a wonderful 50th.“

“I had my baby shower there yesterday and we had the best experience! Everything was perfect. The servers were on top of it the entire time and did an amazing job. “The food was great! Our server was so nice and stayed on top of drinks (my biggest pet peeve is not having something to drink lol) she was great! Loved the little patio area outside. It has all the sports bar vibes but has the quieter side too! Will definitely be back!“

“Took our first trip to this place just last night. Has a little bit of everything for those not looking to stay seated during dinner. Food took forever though and was decent. Waitress was a little lost with constantly asking our table of 6 what they ordered and whose drink went with whose order. Other than that the atmosphere was pretty cool. We played some cornhole, which was decently priced by the hour ($10). Plus they had classic arcade games, free to play like Ms Pac Man, Galaga, Frogger, and Donkey Kong along with 90’s classics like Mortal Kombat, NFL Blitz and House of the Dead. Plus over a dozen pinballs. Arcade area was a sight to see since most places now use carnival or ticket games. They also had a poker room which was full. Did not see any pool tables, darts or disc golf so not sure if those get removed during poker night. I’d consider coming back but not during their busier times. It was more than half capacity but id imagine an even further delay on food or your wait staff being really lost handling more than 20 orders at multiple tables. Either way I’d recommend it as long as you aren’t really hungry going in or don’t like huge crowds.“

“This bar is everything is I would want from a neighborhood hole-in-the-wall bar. It has the staples - pool, darts, music, unassuming atmosphere, etc. The drinks, food, and service are reliably good. This is our go-to place when we want a true bar feel and don't want to stray far from home.“

“Dude. We went here last night…AMAZING. Food was great. Drinks were great. Music was A VIBE. I feel bad I don’t remember the server’s name who was outside on the patio, but genuinely some of the best service I’ve ever had, and I worked in the industry for 10+ years. “We’ve always had good food and service any time we’ve been here. It’s exactly what you’d expect. But today there was a server(not even ours) who went out of her way to make my young sons(2&4) feel special. With a random act of kindness. When I told my son that I didn’t have any cash for the duck claw machine, she overheard and had pulled a pair of singles out of her book for my sons to “win” a duck. I didn’t accept it, because we have too many toys as is, and my wife generally keeps a little cash(which my son begged from her). I didn’t her name, but I hope her manager sees this. She is a lovely young woman 5ft(ish) with medium brown hair in 2 long braids.“

“Still just a great place to hang out. We had a very big group. They easily accommodated us. Multiple checks were no issue. So different people could come and go with no issue. They have a very wide range of beverages to choose from.
