We hosted an event at Joe Kools. The venue was clean and comfortable. The owner, Sam was extremely helpful and friendly. The food was excellent, nothing but good reviews from our guests. Our Waitresses, Sara and Samantha, I can’t say enough about. They were personable and outgoing. They were on point, making sure everyone got what they wanted. I highly recommend.
the wife and myself went there before we had bowling. we sat down and had to wait even though the restaurant was not busy. a family sat in the booth behind us shortly after we got there we ordered our food then they ordered. They go their food before we did. Also we waited an hour to get our food. as we had to leave for bowling we had to ask for it to go. The staff is wonderful. The owner is courteous and very welcoming. Shout out to Sam Bacall the owner. He came out and made sure our food and drinks were to our liking. This is a must come and see place!! The atmosphere will definitely be to your liking!! The food was and appetizers were amazing. Highly recommended!
