My husband and I were there for our 1st time Monday night for dinner and drinks and had a great experience. Our waitress was Dana and she did great job. Our food was really good and drinks were made perfectly, The atmosphere was good and overall experience was great and we will definitely be returning. Thank you Dana !!!

Everytime I go here they mess up everyone's order at my table, and we have to ask for different bills because they mess up our bills. Their ticket system is stupid, the waitresses always try to memorize everything and than run over and enter it on a tablet. They always make mistakes. Especially the time out waitress was very obviously drunk. Been here four times and I promise your order will be slightly incorrect and your bill will not be an accurate representation of what you ordered. Really dumb system they got over there. Thank god for that super ugly table at the front they spent a bunch of money on but no one will use though. Who wants to sit facing the entrance, behind the host? Could put that money into getting little note pads for your staff but I guess it's a fun little game they get to play all shift. Also service was super slow. I really appreciate the sentiment of you telling me on four seperate occasions your going to get me another beer, but after a half an hour waiting it looses it's novelty.

Supposed to open at 11 AM...we had a group of 12 and got there right at 11 .waited a bit( 5 minutes) nothing so I called ( no answer) ...staff saw us outside at the door . pretty much got ignored..called again no answer again. Not sure if they were getting robbed or what. We went to Buffalo

To start, we had to seek out a server. She wasn't very attentive but that wasn't the worst of it. The food is sub par. I don't think the patties are handmade, they looks like the frozen patties you buy in sleeves at Costco. Even the salsa was not good. But the worst was the music & the TV sports show from 2011.
