The thing I love about Tropical Smoothie is that the food is light, healthy, and consistent. I ordered a Baja chicken wrap and it was good and it was fresh. The cafe was clean, the staff friendly, and my wrap was good. My nephew ordered a pita and a smoothie and he said both were delicious. The location is perfect as it's in the parking lot of a major hockey rink - perfect for pre-game fuel for the players.
This Tropical Smoothie location was okay honestly. The one associate knew absolutely nothing about the products she was selling.I.e. what add-ins do you have?What is in the fat burner?I ordered my smoothies and food. There was no label on my drinks so I asked which one had fat burner, she replied irritably, “it’s on the label.”I politely replied and turn the cups around and showed her there were no labels present.I got my labels and just left.
