“Missing items all the time. I ordered on Tropical Smoothie today. I was missing my kids meal. I called to get a refund for my missing items as was told they can't refund. I would have to drive all the way up to the store and back for a refund. Seriously. What kind of service is that? I have missing food, you should be able to refund seeing I placed the order with you. That's not good service. It should not be this difficult for a $7 item or whatever it was.“
