“Perfect date spot for your nerdy girlfriend. This cafe has a cozy coffee house vibe. Soufle pancakes are what you order for her - worth the 30min cooking time. Takoyaki was so much fun.

Sushi rolls were very well thought out, flavors balanced and layered but kept the high quality fish as the primary flavor. I was seriously impressed with the sushi rolls. 5 out of 5 stars.“

Everyone is incredibly friendly and the drinks are always made perfectly. I’ve never had anything that wasn’t amazing. The atmosphere is super calm and welcoming too. “Been here a few times already but I love coming back with new people to try it. We got the classic cotton cake and the ube cotton cake. The ube is my favorite and the flavor blows me away every time. The cotton cakes are so light and fluffy. We got a cotton candy frappe and a cookies and cream frappe to go with the cotton cakes and those were a bit disappointing. They weren't really blended well and tasted like a melted vanilla ice cream with a hint of the flavor. Not frozen at all. They looked pretty though.
Side note to mention that the bathroom door button lock had fallen off and the employee helped me find it and put it back on but they are aware it needs to be fixed.
I plan on continuing to come back to this place as the cotton cakes never disappoint“

“I am obsessed with this place and they’re going to make me fat Lol. The food especially the loaded berry French toast and cinnamon roll pancakes 10000000/10. Heavenly. Most places don’t add a lot of flavor. Only downside is add more cinnamon pls. BUT best breakfast place in the area. Very good food, very good service. Love love love. Will keep coming here if it stays consistent. I definitely recommend. I brought my sister here once. My friend here once. My husband here once. I want to make sure everyone I know tries it because WOW.“

“Delicious, healthy prepared food. Homemade soups daily. The tomatoes in the garden salad tasted live they came straight from the farm. The salad dressings are homemade. Cozy atmosphere great for lunch with friends or dining alone.

Parking: In the Michigan Design building. Easy to find. Park anywhere on premises. I took the shuttle from the nearby car dealerships while waiting for service.“

“The food is decent for an office cafe. My fries were a bit cold, but the taste was decent. The staff seem to be abundant and helpful. There are plenty of tables. There are lots of food options as well. I like that you can order online, but you'll need to approach the counter for online orders. They don't call them out like all the rest of the orders.“

“This was our first time eating here. We were immediately greeted when we walked in. There is a self ordering kiosk and we were offered the option to use the kiosk or to place our order with the restaurant staff. He was super helpful and patient. All of the food looked and tasted delicious. We also tried the Mango Green Tea with mango jelly.“

“We had an excellent experience eating brunch at First Watch! Our server was Bree and she was extremely nice, kind, and attentive. The breakfast tacos were incredible (substituted potatoes instead of barbacoa) and the chocolate chip pancakes were balanced and not too sweet.

The food was excellent, and our server Bree was even better! My wife and I really appreciated her attentiveness and kindness. We never were left waiting and she checked in frequently and accommodated our requests gracefully. She made a special day for us even better!“

“This place deserves 10 stars if there was an option. It’s located right inside of the PNC Tower in Troy, so it’s main customer base is people who work inside of the building. Even if you don’t work in the building, I highly recommend still coming here to eat.

I’ve been going here for 4 straight years now and I have nothing but positive things to say about the food, cleanliness, and customer service. Dolita, the owner, is incredible. She gets to know you well and will remember your orders and make sure they are spot on, every time.

“My experience at A-OK Cafe was very pleasant. Firstly, the atmosphere is extremely beautiful. I love the dark vibe and the color scheme they have going on. It is a little small, but that is not too big of an issue. The service was great and the employees are always professional. I have been here 3-4 times, so you can see the different drinks I have pictured below. The first drink that I have pictured is one of their pistachio lattes, which was okay, but their pistachio did have a strong almond extract flavor. That is something I am not the biggest fan of. The last drink I have pictured is their banana pudding matcha latte, which I preferred over the pistachio latte. The flavors were there, but at other cafes, there is banana pudding with fresh bananas placed on top of the drink. I believe the bananas placed on top were frozen or just very cold. Regardless, the flavors were great, but I personally have had better banana pudding matchas at other cafes.“

They even went ahead and wrote down my order next to the cashier because I always get the same thing. On rough days, stopping in for just a few minutes at this location gives me a lift. “Surprised that this place isnt at least 4.5 stars! I have ordered lunch from here multiple times now and have had amazing food every time. Ive tried their pizza, a couple salads, a pasta dish, tomato soup & grilled cheese, and ALL of it is good. It's a bit pricier but it's really worth it. I work in the area and grab lunch from a variety of different places but Nordstrom has the tastiest food.“
