“I need to take a second here and give major kudos to the team at Panera in Bloomfield township, MI. So my family orders here a lot, my kids love the mac and cheese and I love carbs, so it’s a win-win. We had an order delivered a week or two ago and I happened to notice that the bread bowl (best part tbh) was missing. I called the store, they were very polite and offered to send a voucher in the mail to offset the cost and inconvenience. No problem, that’ll work. Fast forward to today and we ordered again. At the top of the bag was a huge box of cookies with the note, “Voucher already went out in the mail. Enjoy some cookies on us!” THAT is what customer service is all about. They not only remembered or had documented our missed item from the last order, they went above and beyond to proactively tell us that they appreciate us! I’m just unbelievably impressed and thought that whomever reads this should know that even when faced with an honest mistake, this team went above and beyond to impress and take great care of their customers. “I finally got the chance to try Tall Trees thanks to their newer extended hours! I was greeted by Tori who was super kind and helpful - they even had great recommendations for me and were able to answer all the questions I had about the menu. As someone who is plant based I loved that there were options for me! I tried the Later Tater which was scrumptious and flavorful with every bite! I also had to try all of the sides including the Red Pepper Cashew Pasta Salad (loved it with the olive tapenade on top - nice touch), Gigante Beans (herby dill deliciousness) and the star of the show was truly the BBQ Potato Salad! I’m hoping in the future there are even more options for sandwiches on the menu for plant based eaters!“

“If you are a Kpop fan and love with the Korean culture then this is the place for you! It’s one of the few places in Michigan where we Kpop fans can gather and connect with each other! I was just there and the cafe allowed Kpop fans of ASTRO to do a vigil memorial for the death of Moonbin! I wanted to do something to say my goodbyes to the artist and I seriously appreciated that they provided that space for people to do that and other Kpop events! “I can't recommend the Sunrise Cafe enough. Stopped in on a whim for breakfast while on a family adventure and everyone left happy and full. 1.) Best Chocolate Chip Pancakes I've ever had. Super chocolatey and they even threw some on top of the pancakes as well to really up the chocolate factor. Delicious.

2.)The bason was outstanding...like outstanding. It was crispy, it was tender, it was flavorful, it had a smokiness that I don't believe I've ever experienced from bacon before. Phenomenal.

3.) The Hash Browns were BROWN! There's nothing that ruins a breakfast faster than soggy nasty hash browns and I'm happy to report these were delicious, crispy, and golden brown.

I had a take-away order via DoorDash so I can't comment on the atmosphere but if their food is any indication, the place is probably wonderful.

“Monarch Market Cafe has become a staple of Huntington Woods, MI. As a resident of the neighborhood, promoter of small businesses and an avid coffee lover, this is my go to spot for a delicious latte or a quick bite to eat. There are reviews that mark down the cakes because they taste 'eggy' which is weird to do because egg is the primary ingredient in these cakes. There's absolutely no cheese so please adjust your expectations if you go there. I hate to see a business suffer because people don't understand what they're supposed to expect“

There is a self ordering kiosk and we were offered the option to use the kiosk or to place our order with the restaurant staff. He was super helpful and patient.
