“Had a wonderful experience today at Cacao Tree Cafe in Royal Oak. The food was fresh, thoughtful, and truly delicious. I had the Southern Bowl, and it was beautifully prepared and full of flavor. You can feel that this business was built with care, purpose, and integrity. I also had the opportunity to meet Amber, the owner, and it was inspiring to see the heart and vision behind what she has created. A beautiful local business making a meaningful impact through healthy, plant-based food. Highly recommend.“

“This review is for the Royal Oak Roast only. The road is full of as*holes , the world going to sh*t more and more. The people in charge care not at all and we are on a very possible path to doom. Why not stop in at Royal Oak Roast? It’s a comfy place with great people watching. The coffee is wonderful and refills are a dollar. So many different coffee choices in all styles, including espresso over over Weiss vanilla ice cream!!! The kitchen, yes I said kitchen has scrumptious food that is presented beautifully with the seasonal selections. All this sound good? Well that’s not even the best part. It’s the staff. It’s a varied collection of kind, hard working people that make you feel welcomed and are always working hard to get your order out to you. “Been here a couple of times. Place is usually busy so expect a wait. I’ve eaten each of their Skillet Hash options, Market and Farmhouse, and both are good. Overall a nice place to eat breakfast.“
