“Good food, nice staff. I carried out and ordered the nachos, once. The beans and cheese were missing from the order, which was inconvenient but stuff happens. I didn't realize it till I got home. The staff took care of it and were professional and courteous. They made me a new batch and gave me extra sides for the order I took originally. So I ended up with 2 orders. They were both delicious! Lol... I will go back for sure.“

“12 burger joints in one day. We ranked them all and Comet was at the top overall. I was just taking bites at the last 3 but we did it. 140 miles. Was it a ton of fun? Yes! Will we remember this forever? Yep! Would I do 12 in 1 day again? No flipping way 🤣“

“Burger was good, probably top 5-10ish in Metro Det imo. Drink was fine. Sourdough and fries were both super overcooked. When I made the reservation it said you could only hold the table for 90 mins for parties of 2. We were asked to leave the moment it hit an hour and 15 minutes.“

“On my visit back to the ROB, I was looking forward to my Go To dish of Beef Stroganoff, only to find out it's no longer on the menu. What a bumper. So instead, I had the Shepard's Pie which was very delicious. Our server was Erin M. She did an excellent job of watching over and serving our needs as required. I request that she be acknowledged by higher authority for a job well done. Today's visit to the ROB was again a pleasant experience. Bring back the Beef Stroganoff and you will probably see me more. I need my Stroggy Fix. :)“

“I have been coming here regularly for years and there are two things you can count on.

1) Amazing food; have not had a bad dish yet. Steak and eggs and short rib Mac n cheese are two highlights.

2) horribly inept service. It’s been like this for years across different groups of waitstaff. So, it’s a management/ownership issue.

Just accept the poor service, relax and take your time to enjoy and you will have a pleasant time.“

“We didn't eat here, we stopped in for a cheer. This charming, and cozy bar had superb staff members who were extremely friendly, personable, professional, and provided speedy service. We saw some bands play in their parking lot during Royal Oak Tacofest. There's a small outdoor patio, and several tables inside The Rock on 3rd. Their beer menu is decent, and their martinis are delicious. Must visit!!“

“Them chicken nachos were so good! I was there during the Woodward Dream Cruise with a friend. I had just got off a 16 hr shift at the group home and still had to create content. The bartender whipped me up an Espresso Martini and I was off and running. 🏃 💃💃 the atmosphere was comfortable yet classy. And the people were really nice.“
