Zander provided supurb service and had excellent food choice recommendations. The lamb burger was exquisite.
The food, drinks and service were outstanding! The cast-iron dessert and old fashioned drink a must try! We had the special, short rib rigatone, great portions, super flavorful...the service, Mike and Charlie were beyond attentive! As someone with food allergies, love that the menu caters to it! Wish we lived closer to make the Great Dane our weekly happy hour place!!! Thank you for the awesome experience!
Very impressed and satisfied. Being from WNY ourselves, finding a restaurant that serves Haddock has been a challenge. Xander made the experience top notch with his kind, friendly and hospitable personality. We will definitely be back and look forward to Xander serving us again. The Great Dane Pub is a restaurant in Royal Oak with a wonderful atmosphere and a perfect location close to parking structures. The food, drinks and service are outstanding. The menu caters to food allergies, and the crispy buffalo chicken sandwich, smash burger, burger, fish and chips, Haddock, french fries and salads are all great. The cast-iron dessert and old fashioned drink are a must try, and the short rib rigatone special has great portions and is super flavorful. The service is beyond attentive, kind, friendly and hospitable, and the staff is amazing. The atmosphere is very pleasant, making it an awesome place on a Friday or Saturday, or on Sunday to watch a game. The drink specials are so good, and the desserts are worth checking out. Guests will definitely be back for more.
