We ordered a carry out which took them an hour to get together. The spinach salad was inedible and we threw it out. I called that evening and was told that in order to refund the cost we needed a manager and none was present. They took my name and number but I never received a call. Instead we went into the restaurant hoping to find a manager present. Of course not. So another person took our information and told us a refund would be processed within 7 to 10 days. I am a doordash driver and I try to AVOID PICKING UP ORDERS HERE like the plague! After months of the same kind of attitude and service when I'm in there I'm FINALLY saying something about it!The servers would rather stand and chit chat about other employees than help customers, they are RUDE, they are SLOW and they straight up IGNORE you if you don't speak up.
