“I order fairly regularly the tacos and chips and dips. All have been quite flavorful and delicious. I've been less impressed by the bowls and burritos as in general all can be overpowered by sauces. Great rewards program gives discounts and points often. The interior is fun but this store is a bit dark on the interior making it hard to read menus. Service is friendly and standard for service these days. Easy online ordering and pickup. Overall great if your looking for more American-styled Mexican food with punchy flavors.“

“Food and service were good. I was disappointed that there were not more GF options on the menu. I chose the one option I saw in the entree section that was GF. The scallops were tasty, as was the Parmesan risotto, but the rice was a very crunchy al dente. My husband said his burger was possibly the best he ever had.“

“Came in had the birria ramen with the salad and pork gyoza. Also had tried the smoky wakashi old fashioned overall I would give it a 7 out of 10 it wasn't bad I enjoyed the ramen. The salad was okay A bit small and you had gotten four yoza with the combination platter. Other than that the interior was very clean and nice mid to upscale restaurant would recommend trying this place again.“

“At a recent family birthday celebration, I needed appetizers at the last minute. I went to the right people for help! It was no problem for Kal and Ann! They cheerfully made fresh batches of delicious hummus (two varieties) which came with chips and pita bread. I served that, along with two kinds of their fabulous soup, to my dinner guests. Everyone complimented the delicious food Kal and Ann prepared. If you haven’t tried KAL’s Lunch Bowl, located in the Royal Oak Farmers Market yet, I recommend it. You won’t be a “just another customer” ~~ You’ll be a FRIEND!“

“we came in yesterday for a little family dinner. Danny, our server, was newly back to work at Pronto and I've never seen a server work so hard to accommodate people and ensure we were well cared for. the entire staff and clientele were so kind and encouraging. I spent most of the meal examining the lighting fixtures (there are so many!!!), and our family searched for disco balls (also SO MANY!). The food was amazing and the service was fast. we took our 14 year old there for dinner because they needed to see that there are safe, public spaces for them - and the awe and amazement in their eyes the whole time told me that we found our new "regular" spot. the music was fun, the service was spectacular, and the entire vibe was just lovely. and as a lighting nerd, they play with light beautifully, even during a routine dinner service. to the staff at Pronto - particularly Danny - thank you. as a mom trying to figure out how to best parent a child who isn't like me, you gave me immeasurable gifts last night. you gave my child hope for a future as an adult. we love the local youth programming available but it lacks a connection to adults who are thriving and living full, beautiful lives. seeing that in action was everything our kid needed and so much more. thank you.“

“I come here every so often during work hours for a caffeine pick-me-up. They're always speedy as possible even with a packed drive-thru, and always friendly. Today I ordered my usual for my husband and I, and often I get my order with the cutest little message on the cups which make me smile every time. I'm coming to post a review because today, they reminded me that it is indeed Friday and yay for a renewed sense of joy! (In this economy? I know, right?) Thank you to this Starbucks team for always being so friendly and wonderful, and I hope every customer treats you nicely 🩷“

“The Mr. and I stopped in for a smoothie to enjoy with lunch, and it was such a good choice.

From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt welcoming and friendly. We were greeted right away with cheerful energy, which always sets the tone for me.

I ordered the Avocolada, and it was delicious — creamy, smooth, and perfectly ice cold. It had that refreshing tropical flavor that makes you slow down and really enjoy each sip. The texture was just right — thick but still easy to drink.

The staff was polite and attentive, and the whole visit felt easy and pleasant.
Definitely a great stop if you’re in Royal Oak and want something refreshing and satisfying.
