“My husband and I saw a review of Sicily's, and wanted to try it. It did not disappoint! We got the deep dish, and an order of meatballs, for take-out. It was an hour drive to get home. I had a bite of it while it was cold, and it was super good! I put the rest of the piece in the air fryer, and it was amazing. The sauce is fresh tasting, and the crust was crispy on the bottom, and chewy in the middle. The cheese on the edge was slightly brown, and crisp, just the way I like it. This was absolutely the BEST pizza I've ever had, and I've had a lot in my almost 65 years! Meatballs? Another best ever! Tender and so much flavor, with a good amount of marinara, so that every last meatball has as much as you could want. It was DEFINITELY worth the trip, and well worth the money! I would be in so much trouble if I lived closer, but I would do it again in a heartbeat! And to top it off, the Chef/Manager was SO nice and friendly! We had a very nice chat with him about the sourdough, and the restaurant, and how much he loves what he does. And you can tell! I highly recommend trying this place, they are about 1 block off of the freeway, and easy to get to.“

“Tonight I attended a wedding at C & G and could not be more impressed, and also pissed at myself for not patronizing this welcoming restaurant sooner. I’m lactose intolerant and allergic to chicken. The staff was incredibly accommodating and gracious. This is not often a feeling I receive when bringing up food allergies. The food & drinks were so incredibly tasty and the views were unreal. The Train station, spires of St Anne’s and the Ambassador Bridge all in one shot. Turn to the left and you have the beautifully landscaped Roosevelt park to stroll through after enjoying the back porch. I’m so blown away, and so happy my friend finally got me here! “My friend and I had lunch at Coriander Kitchen and Farm yesterday 6/23. We came back because we enjoyed our first visit last year so much! However, at this visit the food was not so good. I ordered fish and chips and my fish was overcooked and the french fries were not hot. My friend ordered smelt which were awful and greasy which we sent back. We asked for lemon which never came to the table and our waiter seem to be the only one there and they were busy so I don't think we got the attention that we were due. I know this establishment can do better, so I will be going back. But yesterday's service and food were awful.“

However, I've never seen such a highly rated sandwich place use processed cheese instead of actual swiss cheese. The meat was good although the portion seemed a bit light and the sandwich overall was excellent. I'll come back but won't ask for cheese on my sandwiches.“

“Went here for the first time with my daughter, who is a coffee aficionado. We both loved the decor of the place. It’s quite beautiful and the menu offers so much variety that I wasn’t familiar with, I know I’ll be back. Our coffees were unique, and the pastries were tasty. I’ve seen others complain about the price but we paid about $20 for two coffees two pastries and that includes a tip. I don’t think that’s unreasonable in today’s world and it’s so much better than chain coffee shops.“

I was greeted by Tori who was super kind and helpful - they even had great recommendations for me and were able to answer all the questions I had about the menu. As someone who is plant based I loved that there were options for me! I tried the Later Tater which was scrumptious and flavorful with every bite! I also had to try all of the sides including the Red Pepper Cashew Pasta Salad (loved it with the olive tapenade on top - nice touch), Gigante Beans (herby dill deliciousness) and the star of the show was truly the BBQ Potato Salad! I’m hoping in the future there are even more options for sandwiches on the menu for plant based eaters!“

“I was blessed by Karen, the owner. I didn't look at the hours. I was just told that I could get superman ice cream there on a cone. When I arrived they were closed. I tapped on the window and explained that I was on my way back to NC and would pay double for my ice cream. Even though they hadn't opened yet, she serviced me and wouldn't allow me to pay her. “Fantastic beer coming out of the east side of the state! Watch out west side breweries. Great beer selection wirh brews that a consistent and varied. The IPAs are tasty and hoppy while the porters are robust and warming in the cooler months. Big, big fan of Elephant Juice and Sweater Weather - this combination covers my whole year. The brewery is a nice space, funky and welcoming. The staff are helpful and knowledgeable, can't go wrong here.“
