I'm trying to lose weight and I really do better under a service like this where the food is delivered and there's no option for ordering DoorDash or anything. They deliver twice a week. I do 2-3 meals a day. All the food is healthy and fresh. Nothing is frozen. There's normally a good choice of different foods. The vegetables aren't just corn and broccoli. There's zucchini, asparagus, mushrooms, and peppers, etc. depending on the meal. The little touches like sweet potato hash browns for breakfast are great. I haven't had a bad meal and there are always plenty of options to fill my meals. This is the perfect thing to monitor your calorie intake. I freaking love it.“
