You pay first and then you will choose your flavors. They have a very good variety. Order the 6 pack so you can share and try 6 varieties.
Prices are on par for real gelato. We paid $18 for the 6 varieties. I believe a cup is $9.
*3 stars for the cramped and sterile atmosphere. The room is too small. It is always busy and it is so tight that the chair backs touch each other. Also the plastic chairs don't glide on the floor. If you are sitting, you are in the way of those ordering and leaving.
Bring your patience in the evening, the wait can be long, but worth it. Savor the flavors of each bite and for a moment you too can be transported.“

“I love this restaurant and have been coming here for many years. Unfortunately last night's experience completely changed my opinion. We had a reservation for a large group of my colleagues for a company happy hour. We spent a few thousand dollars over the course of 2 hours and brought a great deal of business that they would not have otherwise had. The manager Kevin was an absolute disgrace. Instead of showing us hospitality and providing the most basic customer service, he was nasty, rude and harassed our guests. He acted as though we were an inconvenience rather than paying patrons at his restaurant. It was a happy hour setting so people were standing, mixing and mingling, as is customary at a happy hour. He was hovering over our table, scolding guests if they put a drink or purse down for one second at an empty table, and trying to force people to sit as though were were children. It was truly appalling behavior. He was more concerned about “phantom guests” and empty tables that weren't even seated yet than taking proper care of the classy, professional, well-heeled group of customers who were already there spending $$$$$. By the way, outside of our group there were only about 3 other small tables seated. The place was otherwise empty. Kevin's incompetence, lack of professionalism and rude behavior are something I have never experienced at a high end restaurant. Our company is a very influential group of real estate professionals who know everyone in this town, and I can assure you that this poor experience and Kevin's conduct will be known far and wide. What a shame!!“
