“We had a fabulous evening at Pernoi! Allison our waiter was very attentive and spot on. Our food was fabulous! We started with a burrata salad and also the Greek salad. Both were outstanding! 2 of us had the eggplant special and added a meatball and the others had the bolognese and the veal scallopini. All were absolutely fantastic and we were able to take home some leftovers home! We will return very soon! We sat on the patio which was ok but we will choose to sit inside next time!“

“Toast is a Birmingham favorite. From their amazing coffee drinks (try the Spanish) to their unique omelettes (get the brie) there are few things not to like. Situated in the heart of the city, parks, shops, and other eateries are no more than a few steps away. Definitely stop in for a bite.“
“The Island Green smoothie is my favorite and they did a great job blending, although the ratio of banana was higher than other ingredients but I don't mind that But this was the first (or maybe one of the first) time I tried food from Tropical. Now I know why I stick to smoothies. The Supergreen Caesar Chicken Wrap was good but. It phenomenal. It seemed bland, or simply not worth ordering again. The sweet potato bites were nice. I could taste the maple, and I appreciated the portion size! But also not something I plan to get again. Staff was polite.“
“This place is so cozy and tasty. It's a great place to grab a coffee and a bagel or stock up on cupcakes for a birthday party. I have never had a better cupcake than this place! All of there flavors are amazing and I love that they have mini versions so that you don't have to commit to one big cupcake. Additionally I appreciate that they have more options than just coffee. I really enjoy their steamed apple cider! I highly recommend stopping in!“
