Just had a rude and racist experience. They told a group of girls and myself don’t return and we didn’t do anything but order our food to go.
Left us quite disappointed. Tom the co-owner approached my 5 yr old son directly, asking him to turn down the volume because "people are trying to have lunch." Very uncalled for, especially with the loud music and televisions in the background of the restaurant. I turned the tablet down rather than escalate the situation. My friend and I went to Jim Brady’s Royal Oak today. The General Manager was very rude to us. First he asked for one of our chairs to use for a large group that came in, although there were chairs at empty tables he could use. He walked by our table several times and turned his face up at us. We blew that off and continued to enjoy our time. We ate and paid our bill. Then the neighboring table received dessert and it looked delicious.
