Great rewards program gives discounts and points often. The interior is fun but this store is a bit dark on the interior making it hard to read menus. Service is friendly and standard for service these days. Easy online ordering and pickup. Overall great if your looking for more American-styled Mexican food with punchy flavors.“

It’s such an amazing spot for a private, intimate event—we had around 50 guests, and the space was perfect. “At a recent family birthday celebration, I needed appetizers at the last minute. I went to the right people for help! It was no problem for Kal and Ann! They cheerfully made fresh batches of delicious hummus (two varieties) which came with chips and pita bread. I served that, along with two kinds of their fabulous soup, to my dinner guests. Everyone complimented the delicious food Kal and Ann prepared. If you haven’t tried KAL’s Lunch Bowl, located in the Royal Oak Farmers Market yet, I recommend it. “Food and service were good. I was disappointed that there were not more GF options on the menu. I chose the one option I saw in the entree section that was GF. The scallops were tasty, as was the Parmesan risotto, but the rice was a very crunchy al dente. My husband said his burger was possibly the best he ever had.“

“This review is for the Royal Oak Roast only. The road is full of as*holes , the world going to sh*t more and more. The people in charge care not at all and we are on a very possible path to doom. Why not stop in at Royal Oak Roast? It’s a comfy place with great people watching. The coffee is wonderful and refills are a dollar. So many different coffee choices in all styles, including espresso over over Weiss vanilla ice cream!!! The kitchen, yes I said kitchen has scrumptious food that is presented beautifully with the seasonal selections. All this sound good? Well that’s not even the best part. It’s the staff. It’s a varied collection of kind, hard working people that make you feel welcomed and are always working hard to get your order out to you. Leave the stress behind and relax here with friends and future friends. You will be glad you came“

“Great Pad Thai curry! But! It was definitely missing some cilantro, lime, and the peanuts. I would've loved to have all that. The noodles were a bit overcooked, but nothing to be disappointed about. A bit on the greasy side for me, but not a big deal. Will still be back!“

“Welcoming and friendly staff! It’s a cute little spot for frozen yogurt. They’ve got the classic flavors like cookies & cream, chocolate, vanilla, cake batter, and strawberry, plus a few fun extras. There’s a good variety of toppings, and they all tasted fresh.

You don’t get to add your own toppings, which is a bit of a bummer since that’s part of the fun of self-serve froyo—but the girl who helped us was super nice.

It came out to $17 for two cups, which is about what I’d expect. Just a heads up: there’s a $5 minimum if you’re using a card.

“The food was decent. We went for Lobster fest. We got the lobster tower with the waffle. The sauce is hot honey.. which spicy stuff really bothers my stomach... the did not have regular syrup which was strange because they serve brunch but they did give me regular honey. The camel cheesecake was so good! Lobster Bisque was creamy abs great taste, but barely any Lobster. It is super small abs we were packed in fur sure. Definitely no private conversations or private eating. My husband loved his Lobster Alfredo and our sushi roll was good. The Dubai cochlear heart was god. A couple of pieces is good enough. They dust out the strawberry sauce on it abs I had to mention it. I was told they must have ran out. Then I got some that was just made but it had a sour taste.. My husband would love to go back . But I wouldn't be mad if we did not.“

“We live dining here because the customer service is always excellent, even when we stop by late in the day. The manager is always helpful and you can tell she runs a tight ship, she works the register and the line and I always see her be so kind. We can usually find a seat and the place is clean and busy.“
