“At a recent family birthday celebration, I needed appetizers at the last minute. I went to the right people for help! It was no problem for Kal and Ann! They cheerfully made fresh batches of delicious hummus (two varieties) which came with chips and pita bread. I served that, along with two kinds of their fabulous soup, to my dinner guests. Everyone complimented the delicious food Kal and Ann prepared. If you haven’t tried KAL’s Lunch Bowl, located in the Royal Oak Farmers Market yet, I recommend it. You won’t be a “just another customer” ~~ You’ll be a FRIEND!“

We got here 3:15 on a Thursday, totally chill, parked right out front.

We had: bloody mary's, the burger is excellant, salmon dip is very tasty, the fried pickles are spears & lightly breaded. Moving on to the spicy margarita & ranch water.
The patio seating in the afternoon is shaded by the building.

When they’re stocked on Tuesdays, it’s a mad rush to the fridge for the mac n cheese buffalo chicken! 😂 The mac n cheese buffalo chicken, steak fajitas, and korean meatballs are my favorite! “Welcoming and friendly staff! It’s a cute little spot for frozen yogurt. They’ve got the classic flavors like cookies & cream, chocolate, vanilla, cake batter, and strawberry, plus a few fun extras. There’s a good variety of toppings, and they all tasted fresh.

You don’t get to add your own toppings, which is a bit of a bummer since that’s part of the fun of self-serve froyo—but the girl who helped us was super nice.

It came out to $17 for two cups, which is about what I’d expect. Just a heads up: there’s a $5 minimum if you’re using a card.

“Wonderful small restaurant tucked away on N. Main near 11Mile. Place is immaculate, with indoor and outdoor seating options.
We ordered a chicken gyro and a Greek salad. You select your vegetables among beets, cucumber, tomatoes, red onions, various olives, spinach, various cheeses, chickpeas, and assorted sauces.
Everything was so fresh and the pitas were done perfectly. There was so much chicken on the gyro that it really required two hands to hold it.
The staff was very pleasant, and the food was ready immediately.
