“Loved every part of it!! Customer service was fantastic -- Jordan was so professional, friendly, and helpful. Ice cream was delicious with so much variety. Lots of vegan options. The regular size is really big -- definitely big enough to share. We'll definitely be back!“
“This is a bakery everyone kneads in their life :) pun intended. I already love crispellis for their pizzas and salads and finally ventured to this stand alone location bakery located on the less busy stretch of Main Street. The cafe has an amazing aesthetic and a decent amount of seating both inside and outside. It was cool to see bread being rolled and hand made thru the window, it is clear that bread is being made fresh and daily and this bakery has that artisan feel to it. There is a great variety of breads, pastries, cookies, and drinks that this location offers. I tried a carrot cake croissant and it was unique and very tasty! The only con I noticed is the trash was overflowing when I visited but I think I was there towards the end of the day. Anyways a great place to chill and enjoy a good pastry and drink in RO!“
“All I can say is WOW!! What an absolute gem in downtown Royal Oak. The service was exceptional and I had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Amber, who is an absolute sweetheart. The cinnamon bun smoothie, and the soup that I ordered were absolutely delicious. I will definitely be a repeating customer after this amazing first visit.“
“I ordered for the first time Wednesday, 1-10-24, from the new Waterford location. I got the lamb korma, some Naan, raita, and a mango Lassi (carryout). It took me a good twenty minutes to find the place because there was NO signage! My Lassi was warm and the rice was cold. Luckily the lamb was hot enough to warm the rice. I will definitely order again because the food was so good, but seriously, no sign?!“
“This place was amazing. I had açaí bowl For the first time and it was amazing. It was absolutely amazing, especially with the coconut. I would definitely go back for this bowl. It was absolutely amazing. The owner was there and was very pleasant knowledgeable and was able to help me with everything that I needed, but definitely recommend this place to anyone.“
“Fantastic food with great flavors! Everything is packaged and labeled perfectly. Getting food is super convenient and easy. Staff is polite and welcoming. Such a well organized establishment! Thank you for your hard work Golden State Chef Co!“
“Nice spot to grab a quick bite if you're in the Royal Oak, MI area. We came after seeing a show at the Royal Oak Theater and it was a good choice. They offer numerous different wood fired pizzas made fresh in front of you in their open kitchen. If pizza isn't your thing there are also many different pasta dishes and small plates available. The atmosphere is casual, and gives you a small Italian pizza shop feel. They also have a small parking lot behind the building to save you from paying to park.“
“I ordered a lunch buffet for a memorial. Service was outstanding as was the food. I highly recommend Holiday Market. Staff were amazing, so easy to work with, and met all expectations. I was truly impressed by what the catering department put together for me. Thank you Holiday! Chris S.“
“We recently moved to Michigan and noticed that this place offered vegan options. We kept it in the back of our mind on the rare occasion that we don't cook.Well the day came. My inlaws arrived to assist us unload our moving Co trainers so we decided to treat them to some pizza. We ordered the veganstix, a vegan veggie pizza, a white stripe pizza and another pizza (can't remember 'cause it wasn't vegan and I didn't eat it). Everyone loved the veganstix, my husband and I killed the vegan veggie pizza and our inlaws left no survivors in the other pizzas.I'd say it was a success. It tasted great. It's in close proximity and my husband said the staff was nice.Vegetarian options: There are vegan options!! They are clearly labeled on the menu!“
“Whenever I go to dinner in downtown Royal Oak, I always try to stop at Astoria afterwards for a dessert. It's usually always pretty busy inside, but the line never takes too long. Honestly, I'm usually still deciding what to get (they have so many options) by the time someone is available to help me. Some of my go-tos at Astoria are the cannolis, coconut macaroons, and French macaroons. They always package everything so nicely, and I've never been disappointed by my selection. They have small seating areas inside, so you could either take your treat to go or sit down and enjoy it. Or, there are usually benches outside so you can enjoy your treat outside if the weather is nice. I've been tempted by the carrot cake every time I come in, but I haven't tried it yet. I think that's next on my list!“
“Wow! Staying at a hotel a couple of bocks away so we decided to try it here for dinner, and we were NOT disappointed! Marvin was great, and the food was absolutely delicious! Chicken parm was HUGE (took half to go) and was seasoned perfectly. Hubby had the gnocchi with sausage and said it was FABULOUS! We both added a salad to our meals, house salad for me and Caesar for him. Had the Arancini for an appetizer, and it was soooo good! Order a pomegranate blueberry mule, and you will thank me!Parking: There is a large paid lot right across the street that is really inexpensive (75 cents an hour)“
