“This was my first time ordering delivery and it came steaming hot! Usually when ordering delivery from other places, the food comes cold and soggy. This was not the case with Roman Village. The food came hot and fresh, just as it would if I were to dine in. Delivery man was very nice as well. I will definitely order delivery from here again.“

“PF Chang's just doesn't taste great anymore. I've gotten burned so many times at several locations post covid that I refused to order on our Mother's Day outing. At least 3 guests were unsatisfied. My family is stuck on PF Chang's, though. I don't understand it. The cocktails are a losing bet too.

Father's Day I dared to try my go to. Crispy Honey Chicken and a side of Lo Mein. The chicken seemed different than pre covid but at least tasty.. a lil too sour and peppery? Which is hard to achieve for me. I ordered the Midnight Gallop, and for some reason I was served a non-alcoholic version (Refresher). I guess I'm glad because virtually every other time we've gotten alcohol, we regretted it. Their wine is fine, the Dragon Fruit Crush is bomb. But we had to send the old fashioned back cuz it didn't taste like any liquor. Just some nasty mixer. Enough is enough.“

“Absolutely delicious, undoubtedly convenient, and a remedy for a long day. Fit Lyfe Cafe Is what sets Powerhouse Gym Apart from crap big name gyms. Fit Lyfe Cafe in and of itself is the epitome of healthy places to eat and drink smoothies. They have the most delicious smoothies and what really caught my eye was their “Add-on” section where one can add creatine or coconut mct to their smoothie along with many other nutrient/supplement options. This Lebanese American establishment makes me feel right at home and I love everything Lebanese so home it is!“

More than a few songs I've heard on their house playlist have been added to my own. I confess that I've yet to order food (from Biggby's sweets and toasted bagel sandwich-centric offerings). That said, The owner did treat me to some tasty lemon bites once. I reciprocated a week later with some stuffed jalapenos from home. Now, I feel like Biggby West Dearborn and I are neighbors who've gotten to know each other a little bit better. Here's to their hospitality. They always help me feel truly at home. “Classic table service with seasonally prepared dishes. Hummus with Kalamata olive pesto and on site made pita bread was hard to want to share. Roasted salmon with couscous, which was a tad dry, and lovely Swiss chard hit the spot. Large by the glass wine list with many great choices.“

“Yes, but - the order and pay by phone ruins the overall experience of Mudgies. Can’t ask an app about the menu. Spent 10 minutes looking on the interface to order an ice tea. Figured it was my lack of finding the menu. Had to flag someone down to learn they were out of ice tea. All those things a server would tell you. But alas you don’t get. So good food, crappy experience! Lower your expectations, taking on the McDonald’s approach, sad really. Oh and if you want an item on the side they charge extra for that?! And with this order system no one asked me how my lunch was- or if I needed anything. So my sandwich was cold and sat awhile before it was quickly dropped at my table. I am so bummed - loved this place. The good news is there are now a ton of amazing options for lunch in Corktown. I recommend tipping much less because you are really on your own.“

“We first went to imperial in 2024 on our first visit to Detroit. As soon As we landed, we drove straight here for a meal that we knew would satisfy. The service is always fast and friendly ( ask your server for recommendations for food, drinks, activities they won’t steer you wrong). We opted for the taco of the week ( vegan chorizo and creamy), imperial Sonoran and tostada, as well as the nachos. We were all stuffed and happy. Shout out to Pricilla“

I love that Fitbites delivers to my home so I can rely on a warm, healthy, high protein meal that always has a serving or two of vegetables. Being a busy working mom makes taking care of myself challenging but Fitbites makes it easy and their food is sooo good. The chicken isn’t woody, the flavors are spot on, and all low inflammation is a bonus.
