Menchie's Frozen Yogurt offers a great frozen yogurt experience with many flavors and toppings to choose from. The store is clean and has excellent customer service. However, some customers have been disappointed by the lack of vegan flavors and the discontinuation of certain flavors, such as mango. Despite this, many customers have had a wonderful experience and recommend this yogurt shop.
