“There were eggshells in my omelette. The parking is absolutely deplorable. The manager dismissive. Definitely Matt driving back for the parking and traffic inconvenience. No discount offered did not want another omelet nor did I want to refund. A minor gesture for the inconvenience for a mistake that probably wasn't intentional. Lots to be desired this visit.!!!! Disappointing to say the least.“

“I highly recommend!!!!! We have visited a few times and never regret it. A small, welcoming space with big personality and delicious food and drinks (the espresso martini is my fave). I come for the vegan options so I don’t have to worry about my food allergies, but my family has enjoyed the non-vegan options as well. The environment is fun; Que is always wonderful to talk with and has so much to be proud of in what she has created here…and if you didn’t know - THEY ALSO CATER…and do cooking classes!!! Que’s daughter Kaitlin is great and I enjoy talking with her as well. We’ve been in for live dj and a loud,fun, diverse group of people. You’ll be dazzled by the large selection of craft cocktails—that’s a view in it self! It tends to get crowded quick, so calling ahead or beating the crown is suggested but it’s sooo worth it. It was a bit difficult to get through the door with a wheelchair, but definitely easier than PVC. The food was very good, though we thought the stuffed cabbage was better at PVC. The food is amazing--the chicken sandwich is the best you'll ever have in your lifetime. Don't leave without trying the tea. What a presentation! Even more wonderful than the food is Chef/Owner Omar's hospitality & generousity!!! “The pizza was so good my boyfriend and I came here twice during our week stay in detroit. The edges are crisped to perfection! And you can tell all the ingredients used are fresh. Highly recommend the Packard pepperoni, perfect amount of spicy and sweet. The pizzas are large enough to share and you have the option to do half and half. The only con is there isn’t a ton of seating so you might end up waiting for a table but it's well worth the wait.“

“We picked up a memorial day meal today and it was honestly incredible. We got breaded fried oyster mushrooms, baked beans, collards, cornbread, and potato salad.

The mushrooms were amazing, the breading was crunchy and flavorful, the baked beans were probably the best I ever had. Also I had a vegan mac and cheese which I think it is the first vegan mac that I actually liked. My favorite was the collards, they were spicy and tangy, loved it!“

If possible, request indoor seating facing Congress or Woodward Street. The views add another layer to the experience and make for great people-watching while you dine.
