Motor City Distillery is an interesting craft distillery with a great small whiskey bar. The layout is unique and gives the space a lot of character. One of the highlights is the creative seasonal cocktail menu, which really sets it apart from larger distilleries. The bartenders are usually excellent—friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to make recommendations.

The owner is so knowledgeable about whiskey. We loved that he answered all of our questions and gave recommendations. It made our experience very enjoyable.
Rich and his crew are top-notch. They always take excellent care of their patrons and just a great place to hang out!
