I came in on a Sunday, during the Lions game. My friend and I were the only two patrons in the distillery. I decided to partake in a flight of whiskey while my friend had a cocktail. I appreciate a distillery that is comfortable in their identity and love to experiment. Was it the best whiskey I have had? No, but there was great complexity and execution in every poor. I kick myself for not returning and getting a bottle or two. Definitely will return in the future and try more of their offerings.

Haven’t tried ‘em all. Fascinating grain choices for their small batch whiskeys. Haven’t had a drop that disappointed. Incredible how much care goes into their product. Terrified of the day when they realize they’re undercharging.

Great experience every time I stop in!Parking... they have a small lot off the street north of their location. Otherwise it seems to be metered street parking only.But the business... EXCELLENT! You enter and the door almost wants to slam behind you but the door closing thing catches it just in time. After that, you're hit with the smell of distilling — corn, mash, a hint of ethanol. Depending on when you visit they may be a bit empty or a bit busy. Later seems to be more populated, and they run a special or two that might bias crowds to certain nights.I don't live close enough to drink much on site, but their to-go selection is excellent, their staff are friendly and helpful for selecting bottles, and the handful of their whiskeys I've tried have been unique and, in most cases, awesome.

Very good drinks both for whisky lovers and those who aren’t so keen. However, multiple times I have shown up during their posted hours only to find a sign in the door saying they’re closed. Quite disappointing to drive and pay for parking for them not to be open during their posted hours.
