“Just wish the delivery smoothies were tamper proof a lot better because the delivery drivers can easily open them by taking the easy stick off the hole of the lid and they can also take the lid off easily as well. So maybe protective seal them better or something ? And only once did my salads that ordered every day didn’t have some of the things that were supposed to be in it.“

“Nekter (and jack) are the best thing to happen to Rochester in years! As someone with autoimmune illness, who loves fitness & struggles to get all my protein in this place is a god send. Everything is made perfectly, I’ve been coming here for over a year & never one time has quality declined.
That seems like every time I come here there’s something new added to the menu, which is amazing. They offer agave nectar instead of sweetener, different types of protein, & all sorts of juices. The store itself is always extremely clean & the staff is always polite. They have a cute little area you can sit and eat in, great music, & a small area for kids to sit & color. My favorite smoothies are PB&J, Blueberry almond butter, & Raspberry riot. These are perfect for me to door dash at work as well when I don’t have time to eat a meal. Thank you Nektar!“

“5 Stars because, as a fellow small business owner, I know how important reviews are. I also understand how difficult it can be to find good employees. My juice was fabulous. However, dear business owner, I am not impressed with the 2 young ladies running your shop as I write this review. I placed my order online and received an auto responder telling me that my two juices would be ready in 20 minutes. A fairly long wait but I ran another errand and arrived at your store 25 minutes later to pick up my order. The two young ladies who were sitting around with no customers in the store had not even noticed that an order had been placed. So, I had to wait even longer while they prepared my order. They were reasonably efficient at making my juices. Nonetheless, it was not the quick in-and-out experience that one would hope for.“

“This was our first time eating here. We were immediately greeted when we walked in. There is a self ordering kiosk and we were offered the option to use the kiosk or to place our order with the restaurant staff. He was super helpful and patient. All of the food looked and tasted delicious. We also tried the Mango Green Tea with mango jelly.“

“I tried the apple tart and it was really good, I also tried a few other flavors, but cannot remember the names. Overall, everything is pretty good. They do events, which is how I found out about this place. I will definitely be going back to the store in the future to try some of the other stuff on the menu.

When I was at the event, I was chatting with the owner and he's a really nice guy, very hospitable personality always trying to make sure you got to try all the flavors.“

“This is an amazing space w/ a lot comfortable seating, space, good lighting and an outdoor patio. If you're looking for another space to chill, this place has it.

The coffee was good and priced fairly. They have a good sized breakfast menu. I didn't try any, but I plan to in the future.

Honestly, it's a bit baffling that there were so few customers. I went on a Sunday at 11. My Only guess is that it's not as close to downtown as the other coffee shops, which have poor layouts.
