“Drunken Noodles was too salty for my taste but otherwise fresh and flavorful. Very friendly staff--smiles included! There were tables and chairs but it may as well have been a small 50 yr old carport or shed. I appreciate an establishment that aesthetically invites you sit and stay a while; this place is not that.“

The staff did a wonderful job accommodating our needs including early seating for our several family members who traveled from across state. Our server was wonderful and did a great job taking orders for separate bills. Our food was quick, correct and absolutely delicious. This restaurant is a family favorite for us. It’s the best seafood in Michigan. We always look forward to our visits and will continue to come here for all of our celebrations. It has been our “Go to” restaurant for birthdays and anniversaries for many years, except the disappointment of our absence during the repairs caused by the fire. The food is excellent, the service superb. This time, however, we went to celebrate a very special event. We had no intention of disclosing the purpose, except to tell them it was a very special event. The hostess that seated us, got my wife to disclose the event. Before we knew it, the Manager, Eric, came to our table, expressing congratulations, etc. Several others, some we knew, and others we did not, also came to our table to express their congratulations. Eric then returned a second time, with more kind words. “If you’re looking for burgers and sandwiches, this is your place. Prices are super reasonable as well, especially for being in downtown Rochester. It is a bar, so it’s not gourmet, but it’s probably the best bar food you’ll have. The only issue is parking since their lot has probably 6 or 7 spaces. You’ll probably end up parking across the street at the library or behind the building next door near the community park.“

My girl Z will ALWAYS take good care of you and makes you feel like she loves her job and loves being your server. She charms my nana every time and I’m forever grateful for staff that has the patience to entertain her. She even brought out a dessert for her and threw in some sparkles in her drink just to make her feel so loved and special during her birthday. Above and beyond. She’s the BEST.“

“The Stoney River Steakhouse and Grill was amazing. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The vibes were upscale and elegant. Each table had a real candle lit on it. The food was delicious. The egg rolls and Calamari are good.

I ordered a medium Coffee Cured Filet Mignon with Broccoli. My husband ordered the shrimp and scallops potatoes. The son ordered the Steak Frites with Fries very flavorful. My son said it was the best steak he every had. My mom ordered the bone in Cowboy cut Ribeye.

The house bread is so delicious. They put lots of love and attention to the details of every bite. I highly recommend Stoney River for a nice outing for a date or family.“

“Was my first time in Churchill’s yesterday, 03/28. Had no idea what to expect, never understood the purpose of the cigar. With that being said, I cannot wait to go back. Our waiter was great, the old fashioned was amazing and that cigar…now I get it!! So relaxing, great atmosphere and with a great tour guide who was also celebrating his birthday. That’s where he wanted to go, I’m sure glad he did!!! Highly recommend!“

“Words cannot express how calming it is to go to Take Sushi. We have been customers for 21 years. The owner carried our daughter around when she was a baby so we could eat. Today as I prepare to send the baby off to college soon they were there for a special lunch. Let us in early and we had the most exquisite selection of chō moriawase. This is the best sushi around. Our friends who were from Japan said it was their favorite in metro Detroit. It’s our favorite because we love the family atmosphere that resounds in this crazy world!“

“Went here because it's the only thai place around with beer. Started with the Shrimp Rolls. Not what I expected. Awesome jumbo tail-on shrimp wrapped up with ground pork and spices. Yum. Followed with Gang Gai, chicken, medium. They give a pretty serious medium here. I was worried it would be milder. No worries there. Needed a 2nd beer. Again, yum!
Only knock: no soup with dinner? Only thai place I've been to where they don't give a cup of soup with dinner. Most give with lunch as well.“

The Tikki chicken masala and lamb biryani were excellent. The naan was a little crispy, not what I expected, but still delicious. We got our food in a timely manner. We had to wait a little for our bill but it appeared they were preparing a large carryout order.“

The veal ravioli appetizer was incredible, and the salads were so fresh. The T-bone was cooked to perfection, the filet was incredibly tender, and the salmon with BBQ sauce was so flavorful. To top it all off, the cheesecake was delicious and not overly sweet! Our waiter was so kind, attentive, and welcoming, which made the experience even better. “We had dinner at Tribu last weekend with another couple and it was one of the best dining experiences. Everything from the ambience, staff, customer service and all of their FOOD were exceptional!! The menu was a soft launch menu as it was their grand opening, but there were so many options that we ended up ordering multiple appetizers, entrees and all of the desserts! Everything was absolutely delicious. The duck wings, tagliatelle, and filet were so flavorful. Great food, great company and great atmosphere. Will definitely be back for more!“
