I just found this Happy Hour M-F 2-5:30
We got here 3:15 on a Thursday, totally chill, parked right out front.
Great spot for half day hookie. Nooner or sooner. ))
We had: bloody mary's, the burger is excellant, salmon dip is very tasty, the fried pickles are spears & lightly breaded. Moving on to the spicy margarita & ranch water.
The patio seating in the afternoon is shaded by the building.
I'll be back.“

“Great Thai food, friendly service, in a little mini mall torn straight from the early 1980s. As far as I can tell, this is pretty authentic (though I'm not Thai, so take that with a big grain of salt). Provides a decent amount of spice, great flavors! They've got a good vegetarian selection.“

This is my wife’s favorite she love the Ribeyes well done, Ocean Prime never miss with her stakes. “Made Friday night reservations 2 weeks ahead for a table (you can sit at the bar too with reservations). Free parking literally right in front was a huge win for a busy evening. We were on time and waited just a few minutes, which actually worked out because the open kitchen smells and those flames totally pulled us in. Super warm, cozy vibe and the space looks just as good inside as it does from the outside. Once we sat down in the cozy chair/table setup, we kicked things off with drinks and ordered apps and mains all at once. Everything came out fast and hot. The mussels, beef tartare, and tuna tartare were all flavorful, and just really well done. The only letdown was the Pollo that looked great but really needed more seasoning (& onions lol) to match the rest of the menu. Service was friendly & fantastic. Overall, it was an awesome family night out and a spot we’d happily come back to. 5/5.“

“My son is so picky, yet he ate the chicken tender and fries, he loved it and finished his plate. The fish was soo good. when the guy knew that we are traveling he packed the Hummus in a bag of ice to keep it cool. Sarah was sooo helpful and nice. I love the atmosphere in this restaurant. “We had an amazing experience at Sunrise Coastal Grill and Chicken! The food was absolutely delicious, and everything tasted fresh and well-prepared. The highlight for us was definitely the shawarmas—they were incredibly flavorful, perfectly seasoned, and cooked just right. You can really tell they put care into the quality of their food.

The overall vibe of the place was great, and the service was friendly and welcoming. We truly enjoyed our visit and will definitely be coming back again. Highly recommend this spot if you’re craving some really good shawarmas!“

The veal-stuffed ravioli was unreal. Do yourself a favor and save room for dessert—it’s non-negotiable. And the Banana Run cocktail? Dangerously good.“

“Cool Establishment (though hot as hell in the lobby). Very pleasant customer service. I had the Chopped Cheese Fries, extra ranch & bacon. It was really good. I grew up in NJ/NY & chopped cheese sandwiches from the bodegas are a great memory for me, so this is a good spot to ease my nostalgia. I’ll be trying the Chopped Cheese sandwich next time.“

“Food is always delicious. Staff is friendly and accommodating. The blazin burger is a top tear smash burger with mozzarella sticks on it. The chicken tenders are huge an their sauces are great. Loaded fries are amazing with actual chicken tenders chopped on top. Portion sizes are on point.“

I really don't know or understand what's going on with the fish market these days, but the fish from other establishments I have frequented, are bad pieces of fish to sell to the market.

I won't name the establishment, but they serve fish for profits only. The quality of the fish is subpar at best .

Fred's has consistently served fresh flavorful fish, with choice pieces that were selected for satisfaction and to cure the hunger of their customers.

“My husband and i came for lunch at 2pm on a Sunday (today) to a SLAMMED restaurant. Only one man seemed to be working the floor, which we found out later was the GM, Pudge. He was OUTSTANDING! He was cleaning tables, seating people, taking orders, delivering orders, prebussing tables, making drinks from the bar, THE WHOLE DEAL. On top of that he made time to stop by the table NUMEROUS times to make sure our experience was amazing, which it was. My husband loved his seafood boil and my chicken tenders were great! It has been our “Go to” restaurant for birthdays and anniversaries for many years, except the disappointment of our absence during the repairs caused by the fire. The food is excellent, the service superb. This time, however, we went to celebrate a very special event. We had no intention of disclosing the purpose, except to tell them it was a very special event. The hostess that seated us, got my wife to disclose the event. Before we knew it, the Manager, Eric, came to our table, expressing congratulations, etc. Several others, some we knew, and others we did not, also came to our table to express their congratulations. Eric then returned a second time, with more kind words. “I went to Seasons 52 for a work lunch. Out waitress was really nice. I ordered a salmon salad and it was absolutely delicious. Fish was fresh and seasoned well. The salad was lite and refreshing. I would go back there to order that again. They also have a lunch menu where you can get a flatbread and either a soup or salad. Some of my coworkers ordered a flatbread and side salad, they had a lot of food. Everyone stayed their food was good. My salad was $23 and I didn’t have much left over but it was really good. Seasons 52 offer other dishes that also sounds really good.“
