A big shoutout to Jerry Costanza, the owner, who is one of the kindest and most humble people you’ll meet. You can tell he genuinely cares about his guests and the experience they have at the restaurant. Donna, who greeted us when we arrived, was incredibly welcoming and set the tone for the evening. Our waiter, Michael, was above amazing—attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our meal. It’s rare to find a place that delivers great food, excellent service, and genuine hospitality every time, but La Bistecca does exactly that. I stumbled upon it riding through Westland. Have I found jewel. The food is affordable. Nice cordial atmosphere. Just the place to sink into a Delicious plentiful Seafood Boil. Their house sauce is yummy.

“I got their breakfast burrito & personally that’s one of the best I’ve had anywhere! The salsa they serve on the side is delightful & the server I had I believe her name was Katie, she made my husband & I feel very welcome as it was our first time & we weren’t sure what to get, she didn’t rush us into anything & even recommended a few items that she likes, the breakfast burrito being one of them which I can’t thank her enough for. I also love the look of the place the windows make it feel so open & when the suns out it’s a very pretty little cafe aesthetic to dine at. I didn’t rate 5* because even though the service & food was great their was a lot of commotion in the kitchen & even some yelling which just kind of makes the dining experience a bit awkward, wish they were more professional.“

“Fred's has established themselves as the fsh kings in me and my family eyes.

I really don't know or understand what's going on with the fish market these days, but the fish from other establishments I have frequented, are bad pieces of fish to sell to the market.

I won't name the establishment, but they serve fish for profits only. The quality of the fish is subpar at best .

Fred's has consistently served fresh flavorful fish, with choice pieces that were selected for satisfaction and to cure the hunger of their customers.

Come to find out the waitress had a problem wit my Daughter 2 yrs ago & refuse to take or order… her name is KAYLA I feel that she shouldn’t work wit the public if she gonna refuse to take someone order cause she have a problem wit them. I had the California burrito and asked to add cilantro and had no issues, in fact the person taking the order loaded me up with additional toppings and sauces that the burrito was filling enough for 2 meals. Also had the trio sampler (guacamole, cheese, salsa) with chips. Very filling. Great flavor profile. Will definitely be adding this to my list to return again.“

The salad is so fresh and we love the dressing and pita chips in it. The hummus is great. The chicken schwarma sandwich is yummy and a great lunch deal. But we usually split the platter for 2 when we are both eating here because it lets you try multiple things and gives you way more food. we always have leftovers so we get to eat more of this amazing food later on. All the meat has been juicy and tender. We love the rice with the almonds in it. Everything is just delicious! Can't wait to come back. I want to try other things because they have so many things that sound good but we also love what we get already so it's so hard to switch it up! lol Might have to try something new next time though just to see what else we like.
