“The chicken was really delicious. There are a lot of stuffed animals at this place, which is a little odd, but they have a lot of modern decoration elements as well. Lovely grotto patio, wine display, and private event space. Again, the chicken was so well prepared, very flavorful, moist, and a considerable portion.“

“I had a great experience at Detroit Crab House! The food was absolutely delicious everything was fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. The seafood boil was especially amazing, with great seasoning and generous portions.

The service was just as impressive. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed without any delays. You can tell they really care about their customers.

Overall, such a great spot for seafood. I’ll definitely be coming back again! Highly recommend“

“There is definitely a reason they’ve been voted best seafood in the area. It’s a little pricey, but the quality is always consistent. The crab boils are delicious and surprisingly so is the gumbo. Make sure to get the house sauce you won’t regret it.“

“Took 2 friends to dinner to celebrate their birthdays. Server was very professional and let us enjoy our cocktails before we ordered appetizers, salad and main courses. One friend ordered sea bass, the other ordered lamb chops and I ordered a filet. My friends main courses were fine. Unfortunately my filet was ordered rare and came out raw. My server agreed and took the filet back to the kitchen. Second filet came out, and again the steak was raw. Third time the filet came out medium rare to medium. Server took back the filet and asked if I'd like to try again or something else. I said no and he said he would send the manager over. Manager asked what the problem was. He should have already spoken to the server to know and then just apologize for the problem. I told him I wasn't interested in another meal and just do what he thought was right. My filet was taken off the bill, but should have at least taken the second round of drinks of the bill.“

“Well the window service is not so good couldn't really understand what the guy was saying & he couldn't understand me either but I gotta say those catfish nuggets are cooked perfect Everytime I go there at least once a week and I get the catfish nuggets every time and a large blue and red mixed Kool-Aid they are a match made in heaven and I would always go back you should try it“

“Had a meal with my mom yesterday the biscuits came dried out, hard like rocks and came out old and cold. Our waitress never brought out plates for out appetizer I had to ask for them. I had to ask for bags to take our food home, the dinning room was dirty and full of tables that needed to be cleaned. I never received another drink when I asked for a refill. The food was just ok nothing special and for the cost of 2 meals, appetizer, and dessert, with 2 drinks the service was awful. I've been to this location before and everything was fine. But yesterday it was just awful I was trying to take my mother out for a good time. Your restaurant costs so much to have awful customer service.“

“I normally frequent the brownstone location. however in my work travels sometimes I stop by the 14 n Woodward location. today I got a bowl and had a few problems. 1 the lid wasn't on all the way so now got food all over my clothes and inside my vehicle. also the pieces of meat were big and not sliced up. How tf is someone supposed to eat that with a plastic fork ? it would of took 30 seconds to slice that up for a bowl, instead it was left whole. normally the food is great, but today was not good.“

I had the California burrito and asked to add cilantro and had no issues, in fact the person taking the order loaded me up with additional toppings and sauces that the burrito was filling enough for 2 meals. Also had the trio sampler (guacamole, cheese, salsa) with chips. Very filling. Great flavor profile. Will definitely be adding this to my list to return again.“

“Been meaning to post a review. Long time customer here. I work in the pizza industry. These guys are top notch. Placed a order tonight. 4pc chicken and pizza. Once I got there 20 minutes later. Unfortunately there was a mix up with the chicken and was asked if I wanted a refund or if I wanted to wait for the order. I choose to wait for the food. The customer service is on point. They were very accommodating because of the mixup. They will make it right ✅️ One way or another. This will always be my go to pizza place. Thank you staff for your hard work and superb service.“

“What a beautiful view while eating dinner!! Really great delicious food. Smart, kind, and caring servers. We went to just enjoy dinner and look out over the lake. Usually is billed as watching women in bikinis-type bars. It's just normal beachwear. The whole half of the bar-facing lake was pretty well empty. We loved the food and drinks. Right now there are so many ducks and geese to watch in the lake it's fun.“

“Just picked up a carry out order for dinner and it was great! The food was hot and delicious -shish kafta and schwarma wraps. The pita bread was warm and soft, not over cooked. La Marsa is my favorite place for Mediterranean food- hands down!“
