“We was in Novi shopping and decided to try Bonefish grill out. We got seated quickly and were greeted by our waitress Nikki. She was very friendly and started going over all the items they have while we were looking over the menu. We went with the bang bang shrimp appetizer and it was so good, I could have just had that and would have been happy. Anyway, me and my family got steaks, some with shrimp or lobster tail. It was all very good….when we head back to Novi we will definitely eat here again.“

The inside was precisely medium-rare (warm pink), but it seemed dryer than a NY strip should be. Perhaps the bark hints at that. Next time (if I go) will have to try the rib eye.Impressively, the best meal of the evening was my wife's Miso-Glazed Chilean Sea Bass. Sea bass is a great fish to dress up with sauces and seasoning and Fleming's did an amazing job. If you're at the restaurant and aren't sure if the steaks are calling your name, order the sea bass instead.I'm discovering I'm a fan of butter cake, and Fleming's Chocolate Gooey Butter Cake was a great way to end the meal. I didnt expect much, but when the meals came out I was thoroughly impressed! The staff is very friendly and always checking on you. “Koji has the most consistent experience in sushi that I've encountered. The quality is always exquisite and second to none. For being such a high quality restaurant the prices beat out all the rest and are comparable to any sushi goer. I eat sushi very often yet no one can match the quality of koji's sushi. “Really enjoyed my visit at aqua fine dining. The pork belly was perfectly cooked. Super soft and not chewy at all. The steaks were high quality and the salad was very fresh. The plating was beautiful and detailed.I will say that I am not a fan of the iPad menu. It cheapens the experience and makes the process of ordering and sitting at the restaurant with a loved one more stale. I think the money that is spent to buy all these iPads should be invested in high quality leather menus and adjustable lights that dim once the table has finished ordering. Maybe there could even be a little portable light that provides the brightness necessary for reading a menu.I also found the fake candle on the table very off putting. Not only was it dusty and greasy ( just like the iPad) but it was also kind of broken. ( the " flame" was stuck and didn't move). The bathrooms were clean but there was a large buildup of limescale behind the faucets that could be easily cleaned up.Overall I liked this place and it's atmosphere but it could be phenomenal if they paid more attention to the little details. First come first serve. Under 4 people you can make a reservation.Everything we ordered tasted good except for the carrot cake. Too dense, too much carrot, too oily and sweet. The Key lime pie was delicious. Alex salad delicious. Steak brassiere( I think with the madiera and mushrooms) delicious. Spinach and artichoke dip with tortila chips delicious.Crab cake good. Large portions everything. Many people had to go bags. They were also busy with alot of take out orders. Food came in a reasonable amount of time though. Drinks were 2 for 1 ( not sure if this is always or only on a saturday etc). Juice was a free refill. All of the drinks tasted good and strong. Not watered down thankfully.Bread was not given for the table. The toilet was smelly and the stall doors open inwards with not much clearance. Free wifi. Tons on free parking.Overall a good dinner. The waitress was very friendly and efficient. The Kitchen area was open and you can see the chefs cooking. I would return and I recommend. Guess it is true what they say about busy locations that the food has to be good. This is true at this location.“

“I decided we should have Chinese food for a late lunch, so we headed to Rainbow Restaurant, which was closed. So, I looked on Yelp for another suggestion. I saw that China House Inn was 2 miles away, and the very first review I saw said that it was the best Chinese food the reviewer had in his life, so we decided to try it. Being a little after 3:00, the place was nearly empty; there was one couple there, and after a little while another person walked in. We missed the lunch prices by 15 minutes, but even the dinner prices on the combinations were reasonable. I got almond boneless chicken, and my sister got egg foo young. We also got hot tea that was served in a beautiful metal teapot -- so much fancier and nicer than the usual metal or white china ones. Our food came fairly quickly, and the whole combination was on one plate. The amount was quite generous (the server/cashier even brought boxes without us asking!) and it really was very good. The egg rolls were perfect, the fried rice wasn't greasy or over-fried, and it had visible chunks of chicken in it. My almond boneless chicken was very good -- lightly fried and tasty -- and lots of it! I was very glad to have found this restaurant!“

When the host took our name, he mentioned that they made us a personalized Happy Birthday menu (it was the cutest) and set us up at a cute little table where we could have some privacy. The ONLY drawback was that we were sat specifically so we could have a little privacy and quiet, but then, about a half hour in, the loudest group of seniors sat at a 12 top next to us. Within the first two minutes, they had managed to spill three drinks and knock over two chairs. They also brought in their own food, which I felt was disrespectful, but the restaurant was very accommodating. The food was amazing, and the bill was much less than I expected. If you're looking for the perfect roasted duck - this is the place! I would absolutely recommend it to a friend!“
