The food was cooked to perfection and they even accommodated my husband's gluten-free and daily free dietary needs.“

She was a little taller than average, thin, with black curly hair pulled up in a bun. The food was amazing, but honestly, even if it wasn’t, she alone would have made our experience worth it.

She was genuinely the sweetest server I’ve ever had. She was so bubbly, attentive, and on top of everything. I never once had to ask for a refill because she was already checking on us. She even offered to pack up my food for me, and I told her no because she was already running around doing a million things.

This was my first time at this restaurant, and I truly couldn’t have been happier with the experience. I really hope the restaurant knows exactly who I’m talking about because that young woman was one of the brightest, kindest people I’ve ever met. She even chased my husband and I down in the parking lot to return his phone!

Please recognize her, because she absolutely deserves to know how much her hard work stood out. 🥹“

“We had my daughter’s surprise birthday dinner at A plus yesterday. The staff did a wonderful job accommodating our needs including early seating for our several family members who traveled from across state. Our server was wonderful and did a great job taking orders for separate bills. Our food was quick, correct and absolutely delicious. This restaurant is a family favorite for us. It’s the best seafood in Michigan. We always look forward to our visits and will continue to come here for all of our celebrations. “The chicken was really delicious. There are a lot of stuffed animals at this place, which is a little odd, but they have a lot of modern decoration elements as well. Lovely grotto patio, wine display, and private event space. Again, the chicken was so well prepared, very flavorful, moist, and a considerable portion.“

“Visiting the area for work. I ended up working late and was craving noodles.

The place has a nice store front and the inside is a little small but has an intimate feel. The staff were very on top of everything. Getting drinks, orders, refills, checks, smiles, etc. Like clockwork. I had the Mountain Roll and the Nabeyako Udon. I like the Mountain Roll best of the two but both very good. Will say, on the normal menu, you may have to ask what certain things are. Very lottle descriptions, compared to the sushi menu, that's very detailed.

You do get a feel of being rushed when you are there though. It's a small place, so I understand they need to rotate tables in and out otherwise it would be very congested here. The staff are not pushy by any means, but you get the sense when you should probably get ready to go. Otherwise, good place to bring a date and would recommend anyonebl ooking for a good sushi/noodle place.“

“I normally frequent the brownstone location. however in my work travels sometimes I stop by the 14 n Woodward location. today I got a bowl and had a few problems. 1 the lid wasn't on all the way so now got food all over my clothes and inside my vehicle. also the pieces of meat were big and not sliced up. How tf is someone supposed to eat that with a plastic fork ? it would of took 30 seconds to slice that up for a bowl, instead it was left whole. normally the food is great, but today was not good.“

I had the California burrito and asked to add cilantro and had no issues, in fact the person taking the order loaded me up with additional toppings and sauces that the burrito was filling enough for 2 meals. Also had the trio sampler (guacamole, cheese, salsa) with chips. Very filling. Great flavor profile. Will definitely be adding this to my list to return again.“

“Well the window service is not so good couldn't really understand what the guy was saying & he couldn't understand me either but I gotta say those catfish nuggets are cooked perfect Everytime I go there at least once a week and I get the catfish nuggets every time and a large blue and red mixed Kool-Aid they are a match made in heaven and I would always go back you should try it“

“My husband and I had our wedding rehearsal dinner at Parker’s Hilltop Brewery, and it was absolutely fantastic! We worked with Kara, who helped us book the private room and coordinate our food selections. We had pizzas, mostacholi, rolls, and salad, and everything tasted incredible—our guests were very satisfied as well. Kara was extremely responsive and wonderful to work with, answering all of my questions and making the process seamless. The service during our dinner was excellent, and we have also dined at Parker’s Hilltop before and are never disappointed. “I stopped in I wanted some food. I decided to check out the Nikola’s. Food was delicious very tasty well cooked. I enjoyed my meal and was so full that I could not even eat my dessert. I will come back again and try the barbecue ribs they looked good.“

Yes I do recommend the place to be more open minded when it comes to the LGBTQIA community. Especially because I have to defend my husband and the owner assumed he was a female and he's not.“
