I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience at Hook & Reel was bad enough that people should know.
I ordered catfish and when the plate came out the fish was raw in the center. Not slightly underdone, but visibly raw. I brought it to the manager and showed her the fish so she could see the problem.
Instead of apologizing or offering to remake the meal, she insisted it wasn’t raw. Her exact response was that if I got sick I should “go to the hospital...read full review
