“Went in tonight with our kids for dinner and we were very impressed. Fantastic tuna melt to enjoy on a Friday and the kids devoured their wings, cheese sticks and salads. Games for the kids to enjoy and keep busy as well. Our sever Julie was exceptional! She made us feel welcomed and very attentive to the kids needs. We will be back and definitely will be requesting Julie’s area.“

“We had Kelly & Rich as our bartenders and they were incredible. They were quick, fun, efficient and kept our guests' drinks filled throughout the night. This was our first time meeting them both and they were so warm and welcoming. We provided the alcohol, juices & fruit and they came with the rest of the supplies. If we in the future had another event where bartenders were needed we would absolutely have Kelly & Rich bartend for us.“

“Just came to say I enjoy the time I spend at the Wintergarden. The Wednesday wings are great and I get them almost EVERY Wednesday, the Sunday half off pizza is also a great deal and quite tasty. The service is usually good, but it depends on who is working. I am usually there during happy hour so my review is based on that. I have three bartenders I particulary like to see, Brei, who unfortunately for me, has branched out to better herself and is not there so often anymore, Alison, who knows my wing order by heart, and Sam who kicks butt and takes great care of me.“

“Stopped in for a quick bite and a brew and stayed for a while. It was a great experience, and my server Haley made it even better. She is so good at what she does and has a great personality to boot! The food was fantastic, the service was excellent, and the beer was ice-cold. I had a great time and will definitely be back! :-)“

“Awesome pick for lunch!! Our server Carly was sweet and very helpful! When she found out we were from out of town and first time coming in she explained the menu choices we picked. Great on refilling drinks without waiting or asking!! Always a plus for us. Hope we are back in Livonia soon because we will definitely be back!!!“

“Stopped by to celebrate our 45th anniversary. Our first time here, burger was perfect for me. My husband had the Cajun chicken sandwich. He said it was very tasty. Food was hot when served. Waitress was very pleasant and quick. tonight was karaoke too. We will be back.“

“One waitress two big parties ours of 10 & the other was a group of 20. My husband Waited a full hour to get a beer. The acting manager was responsible to ensure this waitress (who was also waiting on other guests) had sufficient support. Poor management.“

“I thought Chili's disappeared with their 'Baby Back Ribs' jingle but, here they are, not only standing but enjoying something a renaissance and outperforming much of the industry. Good for them! If, like me, you haven't thought about Chili's Grill & Bar in awhile it might be time to give it another shot.“

“We enjoy the food and always sit on the patio and listen to music! Rob presents great music and loves to interact with the crowd. I like that the wait staff all chip in when it is busy! For us, it is a fun, relaxing night out where we meet up with friends, eat well and hsve a few drinks!“
