“I’ve been here probably over 100 times with my husband and 5 kids. But today Nicholas the server had me in awe of how well his service was to me and my family. Even my husband took note of his calm demeanor and excellent attitude and character. He made sure our order was perfect and never skipped a beat with the salad/breadsticks and drinks! We appreciated his willingness to do his best and make sure everything was perfect! The managers are always great here too! They take care of everyone all the time! “I have been going to Potbelly for about three years. I started at the one on Crooks near 16 mile and now I go to the one in Rochester Hills. Today is Election Day. I voted and then went to Potbelly for my sandwich and malt. As I paid for my purchase I was offered a Free cookie because I had a, I Voted sticker on my jacket. “I love the Toasted Frontega Chicken sandwich, and that's why I come to Panera.
So today, I did the Pick Two option, and in addition to my half of a Toasted Frontega Chicken sandwich, I added a bowl of Homestyle Chicken Noodle Soup. It was also nice that when I asked for water, she provided me with a cup, free of charge, to fill at the drinking station.
Everything was as expected, and I will be back in the future.“
