“Our office did a catering order today at the Panera location in Sterling Heights (cafe #600916). ordering was super efficient on the site and I was able to label every order with a name to avoid confusion. They called the day before the verify. When I picked up the order, it was ready and correct! They made the order easy to carry to my car as well. I was very impressed with their efficiency!“

“Came in had the birria ramen with the salad and pork gyoza. Also had tried the smoky wakashi old fashioned overall I would give it a 7 out of 10 it wasn't bad I enjoyed the ramen. The salad was okay A bit small and you had gotten four yoza with the combination platter. Other than that the interior was very clean and nice mid to upscale restaurant would recommend trying this place again.“

“At a recent family birthday celebration, I needed appetizers at the last minute. I went to the right people for help! It was no problem for Kal and Ann! They cheerfully made fresh batches of delicious hummus (two varieties) which came with chips and pita bread. I served that, along with two kinds of their fabulous soup, to my dinner guests. Everyone complimented the delicious food Kal and Ann prepared. If you haven’t tried KAL’s Lunch Bowl, located in the Royal Oak Farmers Market yet, I recommend it. You won’t be a “just another customer” ~~ You’ll be a FRIEND!“

“They have the BEST Dill Pickle Pizza I have ever tasted! And Dill Pickle is my favorite pizza, so I've tried many different places. They have this garlic sauce that gets mixed into the pizza. Yum! I wish I knew the recipe so I could make it myself haha. And their online ordering is legit, makes the experience so easy. They are also pretty cheap, compared to many pizza places. “Not only was an item missing, but the app auto filled in a $5 tip I didn't authorize on a pickup order, when I double checked what I had ordered. I specifically put $0 for a pickup, but when I double checked my order, it must've put it back to $5 before I hit pay. I didn't realize it was there until I saw my bank account charge, and customer service is an email note with zero actual human interaction. Also, the staff members were having a full on friend conversation with a customer, and made my wife stand there for several minutes, waiting to pick up the food.“

Unfortunately the restaurant was experiencing a breadstick shortage so we couldn't get breadsticks until after our entrées had arrived. My entrée of chicken alfredo with broccoli seemed like they forgot to actually put the Alfredo sauce on the noodles (see picture), so that was disappointing; however the grilled chicken slices on that entrée were good.“
