“Stopped in for lunch. 1st time visiting, but won't be the last. Our server, Dominique, was so sweet. I ordered a chicken quesadilla, but they somehow ran out of the wraps. The chef personally came out to inform me and apologized. I asked if he could just sub a lettuce leaf for the wrap, which he hadn't done before. Lol! But it worked! And was soooooooo good!! I was a little shocked that they didn't adjust the price, since I didnt get what was advertised, but my fault for not noticing til after. My co-worker had a salmon omelet, which she said was the best she'd ever had. Also didn't inform us that it was a $10 upcharge to add the salmon, but she said it was good, so.....And the side potatoes were fire!! Best seasoned potatoes ever!This place was such a great find. Dim lighting, high seating, outdoor heated patio, and a super cool bar. Service was great too. I really like their pizza, more of a thicker crust, and the toppings are fantastic. They have great speciality pizza options, it was hard to choose which ones to try! We settled on the 'Pep In Your Step' and 'Shrooms and Grass', both in the smallest size avail. The banana peppers on the Pep In Your Step were such a good acidic addition to the meaty pizza. Also pepperoni cups! Best pepperoni shape (in my opinion). The Shrooms and Grass sauce was delicious, you can really taste the truffle. Definitely recommend! Great place to bring a group to share. We were only a party of 2 so luckily we had a bunch of leftovers for the next day ;)“

Our server was very nice and I was blown away that we were asked if we wanted a coffee for the road. Never have I been asked that and thought it was exceeding what’s expected for customer service. Food It changed it was not the same. We had a seminar and had ordered from a place in Novi for catering. We received a call from the place we were getting catered from saying that they could not deliver they have No power. Wow. We had catering for 55 people and had no idea what we were going to do. Call Papa Romanos west Bloomfield four hours before we needed it. I spoke to the owner Jacob and told him our problem. He said not a problem. He asked what we wanted and we said we didn’t care we have to have food for the people. Jacob showed up with his mother a half an hour early and set it all up for us. Pitas platters ,submarine platter ,mostaccioli ,3 different kinds of salads ,Bambino bread ,pizzas, three flavor chicken wings, vegetable trays ,fruit trays and dessert. asked him how much the bill was and he said he did not know And to call him tomorrow. I expected a hefty bill. Called him the next day and said what do we owe you and he said he had not worked out the bill. Would call me back. He called back two days later And said $885. Which was half the price of the other place and much better. I said are you sure he said thats Papa Romanos price. Wow just wow. He said he was in the new owner and things have changed at the west Bloomfield location. He hopes he’s earned our business. I said absolutely. We will be calling him regularly for our seminars. Also I have been driving 70 miles out of my way to pick up pizza from there and it’s amazing. He drops off menus and coupons and people take them in order from there. since then we have given him another order for 85 people and it was just as good as the first one. this time we gave him a week heads up. thank you Jacob and Papa Romanos west Bloomfield.“

We used to have a Papa Romanos near my house growing up, so I grew up with Bambino bread and deep dish pizza! When it closed, I was sad. This location is further away and does not deliver to our house. The other location is close to my husband's work, so we have purchased from there a couple of times and it is just not the same. I decided to write this review because most times when I go in to pick up, it is the same guys in there. I like that and I think they deserve to be recognized for creating superior pizzas to the location down the street. (At least from our experience)And to the lady who gave a one star review for not tipping. I'm sorry, I have to comment. Shame on you. If you can't afford a tip, then you should not be getting it delivered, period, not debatable. It is not the driver's fault you don't have the money. The only negative for me is that they switched from Coke to Pepsi a few years ago. As a result, I usually skip the chips and drink and even then, buy subs at DiBella's less often than i used to. While I waited a few moments for my “to go” order, I noted the environment. It’s too bright and sterile feeling for me. For a soup place on a cold winter night, I’d prefer warm and cozy. My husband ordered the salad - which suddenly turned into two salads because he found one with Salmon. We should have just stuck to the salads and not gone to the other place too! The Walk on the Wild Side salad looked amazing (I don't care for salmon) and had two nice sized salmon filets. My Harvest Grains salad was perfection in a bowl. An amazing blend of flavors between crunchy apples, tangy goat cheese, and the fresh grilled flavored chicken. The salads are huge and filling! I split mine amongst three meals and my husband got two.
