I have previously loved this location, not today. Service was extremely slow. Our server was Shariyah. She acted like being there was the very last place she wanted to be. She had an overall attitude of just inpatient and annoyed that we were there. Especially because my sister took time to order. Then she gave attitude because we asked for ranch for my niece to dip her chicken in. We ordered snacker that were overcooked and way over seasoned. I have been going to Olga's for more than 20 years in downtown Birmingham, Troy at Oakland Mall, and now usually in Royal Oak. For years the spiral cut French fries have been my favorite fries at any fast casual chain. Yesterday I was at Royal Oak and the fries have changed for the worse. There is a new batter style and they were too salty. Please bring back the old fries!!!
