The chicken is delicious so crispy on the outside n perfectly cooked on the inside 🤤 my favorite part are the potatoes/shack fries or w.e they are called my 1st time there will definitely go back 💚
Been going here for many years and enjoyed the delicious chicken. However, my most recent order of Tenders Bucket seemed like the tenders had changed dramatically, no longer breaded but battered, and somewhat smaller than they'd been. Not a fan of the new style.
Purchased food here yesterday and had great customer service despite the temp in the building being extremely high! I stood and waited on my order for 10 minutes and started dripping in sweat! I can only imagine how the employees feel and yet they still showed great customer service, and even offered us a complementary drink for waiting in the heat! Get these employees air or at least some fans asap!!!!
