“Dined-in, excellent food at this small restaurant with a few high tables. Split the chicken shawarma plate with veggies with my husband, also ordered hommus and meat grape leaves. Everything was great, fresh and evidently made with skill and love. My fave veg was the pickled cabbage. The grape leaves stuffing wasn't my the best ever, but the leaves themselves certainly were. The texture and size were amazing. My husband really liked the sauce they put on the grape leaves, for him, these were the best tasting he's had. Plenty of pita bread to scoop up the hommus. Right temperatures for all the food. A family owns, cooks and staffs the place and they made us feel welcomed and treated us royally. Delicious date filled cookies to go was a winning touch for a superb meal. Wish I lived closer!“

“Dia’s is AMAZING. Seriously, I don’t have enough good things to say about this little spot tucked inside of a BP gas station.

I ordered the chicken and steak bowl and added cheese, and it was phenomenal. I also tried the Chipotle Chicken Wrap. The wrap is on the smaller side, but it is SO good. The chicken was tender, juicy, seasoned, and full of flavor — which matters because I’ve been disappointed by a lot of Middle Eastern spots around town where the chicken ends up bland, dry, or tough. Not at Dia’s. The food was fresh, flavorful, and worth every penny.

And I have to mention the gentleman working when I visited. He was an absolute sweetheart and made an already great experience even better. Wonderful service, wonderful food, and the kind of place you’re already thinking about returning to before you’ve even finished eating.

Hands down, Dia’s has THE BEST Mediterranean street food I’ve had since moving to Michigan. People brag about a lot of other places around here, but THIS place actually deserves the praise.

Update: I returned the next day LOL! It was just as good, maybe better. The employee/owner remembered me.

I tried the Cajun Chicken Baguette; it’s delicious. WHEW! This place is positively dangerous!

“This was our favorite Mediterranean restaurant before they moved to the grocery store. The staff are always so friendly and we continue to choose them over all other restaurants in the area. My go to is the Mediterranean chicken stir fry with rice! Try it, you won’t be disappointed:)“

“I had breakfast at Nanas kitchen this morning. After eating, talking with company I noticed the cook wasn't wearing gloves while handling the food. He handled bacon, wiped his hands on his apron, proceeded to grab his phone and coffee and talking to customers. Not washing hands before returning to handling food. Another cook also started, no gloves, while grabbing bacon, pile of hash browns with 2 hands, in-between grabbing the trashcan from under the counter. The service and food was good but seeing the above grossed me out. Waitress was told but, said she would say something but I continued watching the cook handling food with no gloves until we left.“

Ordered a Chicken Sandwich...I was able to pick my own ingredients and they had a nice lists.

Btw: This sandwich was Excellant. For a grilled chicken sandwich...I would highly recomemmend it.

It's best if you order it at the truck because ordering it online through a food app will be slightly more expensive.
Food belongs in a nice sit down restaurant!!!
