“Ordered a couple blizzard quarts and a plain vegan vanilla quart from door dash because I have been sick and feeling sorry for myself. BEST VEGAN SOFT SERVE! Did not disappoint! I mixed the mint chip (tons of chocolate pieces) and fudge delight. So good! Soothed my sore throat. Once I’m well I’ll go in for the waffle sandwiches ?“
“Just left from getting a Tubbys and some treats. I went inside and the two young gentleman working provided great customer service to me. They made sure I got everything I needed and was satisfied. My food was also made quickly and is tasty.“
“UPDATE: After many social media posts the owner reached out to one of my Facebook friends. The owner Rick has apologized to me and my son and offered us gift cards over the amount we originally paid. He advised that the reason this situation went bad was the way the police talked to him. He advised they were the ones who escalated the situation. He advised he would be making a complaint against them. I told him I would take down my social media posts and reviews and let ppl know that he apologized and offered to make it right. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!! I I took my son for ice cream tonight right before closing. The person working took my sons money and gave his order to the wrong people then closed the window in his face and closed for the night. When he came and told me (I was waiting in the car).. I got out and knocked on the window. No one came. I knocked and banged trying to get someone to come to the window. Eventually I walked around back and knocked on the door and some girl says "I called the police already". I was outdone! You took my sons money and called the police on us?! I called the police myself and explained what was happening. The dispatcher laughed because they told them it was a big crowd outside but couldn't give a description of anyone... because she didn't care to look that it was only my son and I. My Black son and I waited for the police ... over $8 and over ice cream.... The police were called on us blocks away from my home. It was horrible to go through. I was upset beyond words (I had alot of choice words though). The police came ...2 squad cars.. they talked to the manager and owner who advised the money that they would not be giving me my money back. My only recourse is to sue them. So basically they were allowed to steal from me... If my son had taken $8 from these "people". He'd be in jail. They should not be allowed to do business.“
“I absolutely fell in love with Booza today. My husband and son went with me to try it, after learning about Booza on social media. It was worth the drive to Dearborn from Lansing! The baklava was flakey and the Ashta flavor was so light! We got scoop cups of Ashta, Kiwi, Mastic Gum, Strawberry, and Lemon Sorbet, each beautiful in their own way.“
