Prices are only around 10 cents more than last year, but they've also undergone some shrinkflation (the current large cup is only around 2/3 the size of the large last year). The girl came to my car, there were 2 cars ahead of me and several behind me.. I ordered a large Birthday cake flurry made with custard. I received a large Birthday cake shake. She did apologize and offered to remake it but after already being there for over 15minutes and knowing theres people behind me I just took the shake figuring it would be good enough. Well I was wrong, sadly the shake was very diluted and the whole bottom half was spinkles. a very disappointing experience especially when it was over $6. I don't think I'll be returning again this summer.“
“I’m not a huge donut fan, but Elias donuts has changed that for me. As soon as my husband and I walked in, we were greeted warmly by the staff and offered a hot, fresh donut. It was so warm, fluffy and creamy. That one free sample converted me, and we ended up buying way more than we intended to. Punch cards are 1/10 stamps per transaction (regardless # of items) and redeemable for only plain custard, which is not ideal because the business is largely built around insanely decadent cones, sandwiches, and flurries.
