“I'm visiting Detroit with my boyfriend & we came here for breakfast. We got the A-Lamar and Apple Pie smoothie which were both so good! The smoothie actually tasted like apple pie. “Stopped by to order two drinks— lemon mint and honey avocado. The service was quick and we got the fresh drinks under 5 minutes. The lemon mint had a lot of fresh mint and was kind of like a slushee because of the amount of crushed ice and sugar. The honey avocado was smooth and definitely more filling. While we were waiting for the drinks, got a glimpse of the fresh fruits. All the fruits looked fine other than the strawberries which were covered with white mold. Would not recommend any of the strawberry drinks after seeing the strawberries.“

“This place was so nice! I was greeted by Fatima with a big smile. She was so nice and pleasant. Loved this because right away, she makes you feel welcomed as soon as you walk in. I'm a waffle cone person. They had multiple flavored waffle cones which was really nice and unique! They had a nice selection of ice cream flavors. I ordered the pistachio waffle cone with pistachio ice cream. OMG!!! This was delicious and I will be going back. My whole experience was pleasant there.“

However, I won’t be a regular here unless they start having some organic options. What’s the point of eating fresh fruit if I’m getting big doses of pesticides, fungicides, fertilizer etc?“

“I ordered a Gingerbread Latte and it was amazing! Coffee was freshly brewed for my drink, and they kindly asked me if I wanted to add cold foam, and dusted some garnish on top of it. They also have a seasonal menu that makes me really want to go back and try a seasonal drink (I really want to try the Witch's Cauldron!).

I also ordered a double chocolate cake slice for me, and 2 other slices for my family; one cookies and cream, and an extra double chocolate. Was told that the cookies and cream was delicious.

As for my thoughts on the double chocolate cake; I LOVED the cake of the dessert, very moist and soft. There was also a chocolate layer on top of the chocolate buttercream, but the frosting was different than what I'm used to. I wonder if instead they use royal icing? It tasted a bit different from the regular ordinary buttercream that I'm used to, but it wasn't bad by any means, and I still happily ate it!

I tried a bite of the cookies and cream cake, and it was also very tasty. Tasted like the cream of the cookies are mixed into the buttercream. Was a fan of that one and will definitely have to grab one for myself next time!

“Love this place. Only issue I have is some of the ingredients can be stale. The croutons have been awful a few times in the salad or wrap. Smoothie is good and environment is good. App works well and the rewards program is good. It's a franchise so you can find them everywhere these days.“

“The drinks they serve are delicious! The customer service isn't bad considering how busy it gets there, and most of the customers I see when I go there are men that just want to hang out, and I'm almost positive they bother the poor female cashiers.

The parking lot is pretty run down. It needs a lot of updating. The parking spaces' yellow marks are nonexistent. The walkway to get to the front door needs to be power washed. The whole outside of the building needs to be power washed. I didn't notice the inside was dirty like some reviews say, so I'm glad that's not an issue anymore.

I like to get something to drink from here about once a week or every 2 weeks because it is very sweet unless you're getting the fresh juices which those have natural sugars also that you have to watch out for.

Overall, my friends and I really like this place. I'm glad one of my friends recommended it to me. We'll all be back!“

I substituted the Plant Based Chicken for the Gyro meat, and got Fried Curds (highly recommended) instead of how they normally come. Just perfection! The gentleman that work here are very friendly and kind, so please be friendly and kind to them! They work in hot conditions and they get a lot of orders, the kitchen space isn't large but they do what they can. I highly recommend this location. Absolutely delicious! My husband and I shared the bowl as they are extremely filling.
