“I was a bit irritated because this was my first visit and there was no menu displayed. I was also upset because they dont serve food. Also, I order a medium latte (assuming it'd be hot, but it was iced) so again irritated. However, one sip of my latte and all the irritation disapated. The coffee was OUTSTANDING. “I ordered a freshly squeezed Vitality juice and a fruit cocktail with Ashta over the phone and they were ready within 10 to 15 minutes. Customer service was very friendly both over the phone and in person when I picked up my order. The quality of the drinks was superb. “Visited here because it was open late. Got myself a latte with oat milk, which was extremely good, but notice that they also sold Acai Bowls. I decided to order one. Acai bowls are known to be a little expensive, but this one wasn't too bad. Not only that, but this was probably the best and freshest Acai Bowls that I've ever ordered from anywhere. Not to mention the portion size that coincided with the price. I will definitely be coming back to try all the different kinds that they have.“

“The cashier was rude and seen me in line and decided to tell the person behind me to come and order when I was in the middle of my order. Then after that when I placed my order, I got the Vara Juice drink and I asked for the larger size she comes out after 8-12 mins of waiting with the drink but in a smaller size. When I tried saying something about it she pretended like she didn’t hear me, then went to get her glasses and said “can you say that again?” In a rude tone then I told her I ordered the large size of this drink she told me that I didn’t and I said yes I did you charged me for a larger size. When she looked at the system she seen that she charged me for a larger size and then she told me “ yeah that’s the bigger size” like why are you lying to my face for, I’ve been to vara juice before and this isn’t the larger size. Anyway her attitude will be saving a customer from pure stupidity and lies. Also the bottom of the drink had freezer burned ice cream. Save your time and go to the better locations of Vara Juice and don’t fall into a trap of stupidity.

UPDATE: We came back for a second try, and this time the store is very clean, and spells like fresh fruits! Cashier was nice and took our order smoothly. Drinks were amazing this time. We got 2x strawberry Banana Smoothies and 1x Vara juice and now it taste great! Great improvement!’“

“Why am I JUST now reviewing this amazing establishment? Strange... Considering It's been my favorite place to get fresh deliciousness for the past 2 years! The Power salad is THE best salad EVEER, I will never get tired of the layers of flavors and that DRESSING, OMG. Seriously. The dressing. And the avocado toast is so scrumptious! I love the sprinkle of pepitas, and the fact that there is a GF option makes my soul smile, THANK YOU Chef!🙏🏽 The juices, the smoothies, they're all my favorite, there's no way to choose a best one. “Their products are good and packaged very well for their to go products. Custer service is questionable. I live four hours away but send my husband in there to bring me to go kits home. He was at work and asked me to send him an order of what I wanted brought home. I wanted to be prepared and tell him what I wanted so I messaged the Facebook page asking for a picture of their menu. I was told that I could come in and take a picture of the menu myself. I have had him stop in Midland or Mt. Pleasant since. 😊“

“We visited La Gelati in West Dearborn and had a truly fantastic experience. The ice cream itself was incredibly delicious, and we thoroughly enjoyed all the different kinds we ordered. What made this visit unforgettable, however, was the outstanding service we received regarding food safety.
One of the workers went completely above and beyond for my family. She took the time to help us find a non-allergic soft serve ice cream option for my son, and then actually went all the way into the back to bring out fresh, uncontaminated sprinkles to ensure his treat was entirely safe. It is rare to find a place that takes food allergies this seriously, and it gave us total peace of mind.
The only minor downside is that the shop was quite busy, and with only three workers on shift, it took a little while to get served. However, seeing the level of care and attention they put into helping customers, the short wait was absolutely worth it. We will definitely be returning!“

“Started coming here about 4 months ago. I’ve been impressed every time. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The food is always super tasty. The place is ALWAYS clean.

I’ve asked lots of questions from the staff asking recommendations for a sandwich/flat bread, etc or even which smoothies - and every single time- they’re always pleasant and spot on. Trinity has ALWAYS been awesome and kind to me and my family.

We’re officially regulars now.

“I order a smoothie every day before I go to work. Most of the tome service is great. I call my order in e every night. You have one employee that answers the phone like she is at home. Just Hello. Very poor customer service. Not Hello this is Tropical Smoothie. Just Hello Hello. Need training on how to answer a business call. Plus they cannot count if the register doesn't do it for them. Even when trying to figure it out with the calculator. They all need a short math class. But most are very polite. Teach them basic math or you will get the short end of the stick.“
