“I order a smoothie every day before I go to work. Most of the tome service is great. I call my order in e every night. You have one employee that answers the phone like she is at home. Just Hello. Very poor customer service. Not Hello this is Tropical Smoothie. Just Hello Hello. Need training on how to answer a business call. Plus they cannot count if the register doesn't do it for them. Even when trying to figure it out with the calculator. They all need a short math class. But most are very polite. Teach them basic math or you will get the short end of the stick.“

“My family and I visited this cute ice cream shop a couple of weeks ago. The ice cream was delicious! I got scoops of the Russian Latte 🤤 The staff were also very nice and friendly. I’m not sure the man’s name but he came out just to ask if we would like the umbrella on the table down because we had a spot right where the sun was beaming down. Very nice place.“

“I was a bit irritated because this was my first visit and there was no menu displayed. I was also upset because they dont serve food. Also, I order a medium latte (assuming it'd be hot, but it was iced) so again irritated. However, one sip of my latte and all the irritation disapated. The coffee was OUTSTANDING. You can taste how fresh the brew is. I was definitely be a returning customer. Beyond pleased with my coffee ☕ 😍“

“Started coming here about 4 months ago. I’ve been impressed every time. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The food is always super tasty. The place is ALWAYS clean.

I’ve asked lots of questions from the staff asking recommendations for a sandwich/flat bread, etc or even which smoothies - and every single time- they’re always pleasant and spot on. Trinity has ALWAYS been awesome and kind to me and my family.

We’re officially regulars now.

“My husband and I went today to try a couple new drinks and omg we were so happy . I got the new salted caramel mocha latte and it is beyond amazing and delicious and my husband got the salted mocha caramel cold brew with sweet foam and he was in heaven and he doesn't care much for the sweet foam and he was highly impressed. 10/10 recommend“

“I come in here pretty often and Damien is always great. Whenever he’s working, I already know my smoothie is going to be made right. He pays attention to how everything is being made and makes sure the smoothie is thoroughly blended and has all the right ingredients.

Even if he isn’t the one making my smoothie, he still checks it and makes sure everything is correct. If there’s ever a mistake or something that needs to be fixed, he takes care of it instead of just letting it go out to the customer. I really appreciate that because it shows he actually cares about what people are getting.

He’s always friendly and does a good job making sure customers are taken care of. You can tell he pays attention to the little things and wants everything to be done correctly. Definitely one of the employees I like seeing when I come in.“
