“I order a smoothie every day before I go to work. Most of the tome service is great. I call my order in e every night. You have one employee that answers the phone like she is at home. Just Hello. Very poor customer service. Not Hello this is Tropical Smoothie. Just Hello Hello. Need training on how to answer a business call. Plus they cannot count if the register doesn't do it for them. Even when trying to figure it out with the calculator. They all need a short math class. But most are very polite. Teach them basic math or you will get the short end of the stick.“

“It was my first time visiting Planet Juice after leaving the gym yesterday, and it did not disappoint. It’s conveniently located right next door to the gym, which makes it a perfect stop after a workout.

I ordered the banana, oats, and honey smoothie and added mango and avocado. You can definitely taste the fresh fruit and ingredients in the smoothie. If you prefer a lighter drink, I’d recommend substituting water for milk.

While I was there, I noticed someone order a protein bowl that smelled amazing, so I decided to add one to my order as well. It turned out to be a great decision! It came with a whipped tzatziki sauce on the side that was absolutely delicious. Everything tasted fresh, and the portion was generous enough to easily split into two meals depending on your appetite.

I even lived in Hawaii and can say the Dole whip at “The COW” as many of us know it, is at least as good as it is at the Dole facility in Wahiawa! “Started coming here about 4 months ago. I’ve been impressed every time. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The food is always super tasty. The place is ALWAYS clean.

I’ve asked lots of questions from the staff asking recommendations for a sandwich/flat bread, etc or even which smoothies - and every single time- they’re always pleasant and spot on. Trinity has ALWAYS been awesome and kind to me and my family.

“I love this place I do but there have been a few times I’ve had super long wait times with there is around 10 workers working. Went through the drive-through and the guy that took my order was absolutely amazing and so sweet I asked for a iced matcha with strawberry cold foam and they gave me something no where near what I ordered wasn’t even close to the color either. Granted it was my fault for not looking at what they gave me but still. I just think the speed of things for the drive through could be better and checking what you give customers is actually what they ordered.“

I got the new salted caramel mocha latte and it is beyond amazing and delicious and my husband got the salted mocha caramel cold brew with sweet foam and he was in heaven and he doesn't care much for the sweet foam and he was highly impressed. 10/10 recommend“
