Biggby Coffee is a new location in West Allen Park with a convenient walk-up window. The morning crew is often described as amazing, professional, and personable, making visits phenomenal. Many reviews highlight that the staff are always nice, friendly, and literally so sweet, sometimes going above and beyond, like offering a sticker or replacing a drink. The first-time drinks were good and received quickly.
However, experiences can vary. One visit reported wrong drinks and a feeling that service lacked precision. As a new location with new baristas, some note that any service issues will likely get ironed out. The spot is a nice addition to the neighborhood, with hope for umbrella tables in the summer. While most encounters are positive, noting kind and sweet service, there have been rare misunderstandings, such as about parking.
