La Pita Reviews
Great food. Lots of flavor. Uber delivered right to my door without a hitch. Get the straw/banana/honey smoothie. What a meal. Shish Tawook with rice, fresh veggies. The fries are thicker, and dipped in the garlic dip. So good.
My niece and I had Chicken shawarma and beef shawarma lunch specials. Food came out very fast, was very delicious and service was very good.
i love LaPita's food and their service has always been pleasant and efficient, most recently Saturday night when I picked up takeout for our family. It was absolutely delicious. We had the combination shawarma which came with two salads, hummus, baba ghanoush, and we ordered a variety of other things. Their pitas are wonderful.

La Pita is a Mediterranean restaurant that serves fresh and flavorful food. The pita bread, straight from the oven, is a highlight, along with delicious options like falafel and the falafel wrap. The restaurant offers good portions at reasonable prices, and the staff is kind and efficient, with many customers noting friendly and helpful service. While the atmosphere can be improved, the decor is nice and the ambience is chill, especially on the patio during sunny days. Despite some service slowdowns, the quality of the food makes up for it, with standouts like the Fall sample platter, fattoush salad, chicken shawarma lunch, and vegan kafta. Overall, La Pita offers a good dining experience with a focus on fresh and craveable cuisine, making it a favorite for many who visit the Detroit area.
