They're only open Mid-April through Mid-September.Large Custard Twist in a Cup ($3.60) - Decadent, heavy, creamy, dense, everything you could want from a great frozen custard. Bob Jo's almost always has a pretty long line, so you know they have great turnover and you can expect to get freshly churned custard. Prices are only around 10 cents more than last year, but they've also undergone some shrinkflation (the current large cup is only around 2/3 the size of the large last year). Still, definitely worth the price for such a great custard!There's a reason Bob Jo's always has a line (don't worry, it moves fast). Go and get some custard; you won't be disappointed. “Custard here is still too airy for me, but Custard Corner is the clear winner in the local debate vs Bob Jo's. The flavors here taste much less artificial, plus this location cannot be beat, especially if you want to go for a lovely walk with your ice cream in the nearby Elizabeth Park! It's gorgeous. This whole neighborhood is cute AF. Service was friendly and super quick. They offered real hard shell that had a good flavor. We ordered small twist custard cones and had the most delightful time wandering nearby with them.“

Punch cards are 1/10 stamps per transaction (regardless # of items) and redeemable for only plain custard, which is not ideal because the business is largely built around insanely decadent cones, sandwiches, and flurries. Much like Los Arcos, a few blocks over, it is a grocery store but has an area where you can order food and sit down to eat.I came in here for Taco Tuesday and for $1.50 per taco, you really cannot beat the price.I ordered the carne, pollo, and chorizo tacos. I found the carne and the polo to lack flavor. The chorizo, however, was definitely above average and was something that would make me return to this place.If you sit down and eat, they offer chips and salsa. The salsa is definitely some of the higher quality that I've had. It was fresh and pretty flavorful.They also served 2 verde sauces and one red sauce, both of which were in a bottle. One of the verde sauces was creamy, which was my favorite sauce of the three provided.As far as the grocery store, one thing that stood out was the large variety of drinks. There are many Mexican favorites and they also sell Mexican beer.The staff is very friendly. They also know English quite well, which isn't always the case when I go to Mexican places like this.Overall, this place is worth checking out. The service is efficient and friendly. I recommend going on Taco Tuesday when tacos are $1.50 each. The chorizo tacos are the best, in my opinion.“

“I ordered my gender reveal cake from here. They did an amazing job. I needed it to taste and look great and they did not disappoint. It was 100% vegan and everyone loved it! Thank God I cut myself the 1st slice because there was nothing left to take home all of the vegans and non vegans said it was delicious and kept asking where I got it. I called just a few days before my event and they still made it happen. I will be getting all of my future cakes, cupcakes and dessert from them. The staff is friendly and it's always nice to see a team of people who genuinely enjoy running a restaurant together- they've got that at palmer. The daytime bartender Brent has a regular crowd for a reason, the service and conversation at Palmer is above and beyond any eatery nearby it. I've made a lot of friends here and its only been 6 months or so since we moved to Wayne. I try to only go once or twice a week because if I don't put limitations on myself I'll be there everyday!“

I tried there Peanut Paradise smoothie(+ vitamin B12, probiotic , oats,spinach and kale pea protein) it has had a Chokehold on me ever since. The mixed berries and yogurt bowl, love love. All of the cashiers have been super professional very helpful, and patient again I was sick at the drive-thru trying to decide what would stay down absolutely a 10 out of 10. Since being back to normal I've tried several other items on the menu and have been equally as impressed, with the freshness of the ingredients The Taste and value for your money... Lastly we received a peanutButter pup cup which definitely made me smile as I wasn't anticipating it.“

I got the Tiramisu ice cream and she got the Bananatella milkshake and the milkshake was our favorite. The establishment didn't open until 5pm and that's when it appeared the staff began to prep everything which slowed down everyone's order. The staff also didn't seem very thrilled to be working especially the young man who was prepping everything. The overall establishment needs to be deep cleaned and paint touched up. The couch was beyond dirty and the flower display next to it was filthy. Other than that though not a terrible experience.Parking: The lot is very small / tight and shared with other businesses“
“The cinnamon roll flurry is TO DIE FOR. I'd request it for my death row meal. The chunks of cinnamon roll and the warm caramel mixed together in vanilla ice cream is my favorite dessert in the area ? if you order a large (I've only done it once, and it was insane) you get a whole cinnamon roll on top. “Atwater is always worth the 30-40 minute drive. I love the beer variety (VJP is my go to) and the food is very good. I love the Greektown Salad. During warmer months, I love the convenience of the River Walk. Atmosphere and service has been great. They were very busy with guests inside including multiple to go and door dash orders. These girls deserve recognition and the management should consider closing for pick up orders only to avoid upset guests in your overworked employees faces because they are understaffed. They still handled all guests with professionalism and politely which is not an easy task during the nonsense.“
